We were looking for a place to chill and have drinks and we ended up here because they close late. Their drinks were great but there was nothing special about their food. We tried their Salmon Sticks and Mango Tree Bellini.

They had good service and they even had a band playing but the place had poor ventilation. Our eyes got watery because of the smoke coming from a sisig being delivered to the next table. The same thing happened when we entered the establishment. We were "welcomed" by smoke from a sizzling sisig. It caused us to break into coughing fit.

Overall, it wasn't that awesome but it wasn't as awful as well.

Authentic taste
I love the spice and taste of the food even the smell was so good
Also the place is so relaxing with acoustic band
I ordered
Glass noodle salad - little sour and smooth taste
Grilled chicken - grilled to its tenderness perfect with their sauce
Spaghetti chicken grapow - bit spice but i love the authentic taste

The last time I was here, I wasn't able to try out their dishes and just had a drink while waiting for my friends.

Stir-fried with black pepper sauce pork (240pesos)
Chicken satay (350pesos)
Shrimp Paste Rice (280peso)
Americano Coffee (not in photo)

It was good but the chicken satay wasn't sulit for the price.

I saw that they have bottomless drink every Friday and Saturday. Mojito and margarita but not sure which day is which.

The Tom Yum Goong was very good, so was the grilled pork belly and bagoong rice. Servings are small though.

While waiting for the 2:25pm movie ... ordered the 2PM promo of Pad Thai (for takeout) with a glass of Lemongrass Iced Tea (tasted it and it has a strong aftertaste).

Thai Milk Tea was good.

From the outside, Mango Tree looks like a dark and intimidating restaurant, quite humble with a simple yet elegant set-up. I would recommend this as a good place for many occasions like romantic dates, get-together with friends, and family dinners. Not so good for solo eaters 'cause you may feel more lonely and sad 128514128514 because of the romantic vibe inside, plus the love songs they play and the wonderful lighting especially near the couches. 128079🏻128079🏻

Since we were only here for some snacks before watching Minions movie (yay!) we took advantage of their Afternoon Noodle promo where their pad thai and spaghetti grapow are both in 150php per plate with lemongrass iced tea already.

Service is really good. The waiters responded really fast. I was amazed how one waiter reacted to me raising my hand even when we were on his peripheral vision and he was busy doing stuff. 128079🏻128079🏻128517 some of the few restaurants i am happy to pay my service charge! I wonder how their service goes when its peak dining hours.

PAD THAI - 11088110881108811088
Still not a big fan of pad thais but i think this is one of the best I've tried in the Metro so far. Rice noodles cooked al dente with the nutty flavor and chicken and tofu chunks. Don't forget to squeeze the lemon to neutralize the possible umay factor. I really liked it. 128077🏻

SPAGHETTI GRAPOW - 1108811088110881108811088
My favorite! Savory pasta treat that is oil-based with an obvious hint of garlic (which i loved), with a little soy sauce (our tongues think so), chicken bits, some slices jalapeno, red chili, and generous amount of sweet basil. Really a great mix of spices. Perfect for this weather because it had that right amount of spicy kick for me since I don't prefer too spicy stuff. 128523128523

Definitely coming back to try their other dishes.

It was our first time to try this restaurant in Trinoma -a Thai cuisine. What's else is famous in Thai but the Tom Yum soup. We tried the Tom Yum Goong ( spicy Thai shrimp soup with lemon grass, like and red chilies). Not too sour nor too spicy though, definitely it was customized for the Filipino tongue. We tried one of their signature dish, Gai Thai Krai Yang ( grilled Thai herbed chicken with lemongrass served with northeastern Thai dipping sauce) and was perfectly good although the sauce should give a more kick to the chicken. The chicken is tender though. We also tried their Gaeng Per Nua ( beef in red curry) hoping that it will taste like the one I've tried in LA. Quite good but the curry sauce needs to be a little thick.

Their Tako Khao Phad ( coconut custard with sweet corn) is it too sweet, just perfectly sweetened to cleanse your palate after the main dish. Must try is their Tub Tim Grob ( red Ruby chestnut with coconut ice cream), although the ice cream taste more of a vanilla.

Their lemongrass ice tea perfectly soothe your throat.

The service is quite slow considering there were few customers at that time ( 2 tables with couples each)

Super late review! Me, my fiance, my future mom-in-law with his aunt ate here last March and when I came across this restau here in looloo I can't let the chance of giving a review pass! The staff will immediately greet you with a smiling face, you'll appreciate their nice interior once you come in, they have relaxing music to listen to and let's not forget the "non-curry" smell of the place as compared to other thai restaurants. This is a decent place with near authentic thai food taste, meaning food here is delicious! And wait, I love their Thai milk tea too! Worth for money is fair enough for me. Definitely coming back!

Whenever I crave for Pad Thai and Pandan Chicken, this is our default place. The best pad thai ever! I love the tamarind sauce they serve together with the pandan chicken.

Price is a bit high but the food is superb. And their servers are polite, kitchen service is fast. Tom Yum Is spicier than most but servers offer customers the option to dial down the spice level. Chicken satay is around 6pcs, with a side of peanut sauce, and vinegar. Crispy catfish can be shared but I still find Jatukak's version tastier and larger in portion size. Ambiance is relaxing and I would definitely return to try other things on the menu.
