This is a staple Sunday lunch place for me and my family. Been eating at this place for a long time now and it never disappoints.

We already have our staple order of: Yang Chow, Maki, Salt and Pepper Squid, Spicy Spareribs, Siomai and one other variable dish. Their cooking is very consistent. The taste of their food is maintained each and every time we visit. Their serving size is pretty big. We often end up bringing home some Yang Chow leftovers which we'll eat for dinner. Service is fast and the crew is courteous despite being a very busy place especially during the lunch hour.

One downside though is that their food is a bit on the pricey side nowadays. Perhaps because of inflation or the supply and demand curve. Haha! Nonetheless, still a very solid chinese resto to visit! ;-)

We had team lunch earlier and it was a funny conversation about Mann Hann and Mann Yann 128541 Hann and Yann are brothers (thus the Mann) but they disagreed on how to run the food business so decided to split etc etc P.S. This is not true at all, and was just to keep our hunger at bay 128521

So finally, food arrived - we ordered almost all of their best sellers: spicy prawn, mapo tofu, lechon kawali, garlic kangkong, spicy spareribs and soy chicken. There was nothing to like 128563128532 they're all very bland....so definitely not worth it. Good thing I was in good company hehe; took my mind off the food for a while..

It's my sister's 33rd birthday (July14) and she's craving for her fave broccoli in her fave Mann Yan. Unfortunately, they have limited stock so no sautéed broccoli for us :(

Cos I'm already full that time, I just had my spareribs with taosi (lower right) with some taste of bell pepper, and seafood miki bihin (lower left). Di ko man lang nakalahati yung ripe mango shake (not in the photo) ko :( but it's really tasty.

Fam said the yang chow rice (upper left) was way good, the mixed vegetables was delish (upper right), and the sweet and sour fish (middle right) was superb.

Sherbet was served minutes after.

Attentive crews and good ambiance :)

Improve your service. You don't sit your customer down and give the menu.

My favorite patatim will still be Baguio's Rose Bowl. But this patatim is a close second what with its shitake surprise! The yang chow fried rice serves its purpose well and definitely does not disappoint. The only drawback? The resto's poor service :(

Their chami looks like a dry version of lomi. It uses thick noodles with shrimps, squid, liver, and squid balls, with veggies on too. They obviously didn't scrimp on the add-on ingredients. Can be very filling to eat it as is!128076

Eating at Mann Yann is a Sunday thing for when my grandparents are over but today, we went because we celebrated Chinese New Year!

Their service is, as always, excellent, and the food was prepared perfectly. Honestly, they make the best Sweet & Sour Pork.

What you MUST get is a pitcher of their Honey Lemon tea. It's 130php for a liter of the best iced tea ever and so so worth it.

The Lechon Macau was good but I wasn't really feeling it, same goes for their Chami noodles. They were good but I wasn't really in the mood for them. We only ordered because my brother wanted them and he thinks they're delicious.

Kung Hei Fat Choi to everyone!

Our latest favorite Chinese food stop next to David's and Mann Hann. We love the Hototai and Yang Chow or Salted fish fried rice. Add some dimsum and the free hot tea-- perfect dinner! Oh and try their desserts- my faves are the almond lychee and the Mango flan!10084128077
