June of this year, I got myself a really cheap plane tickets bound to Cebu at a Travel Expo for just 1k, it's already a two-way ticket and a week after I bought it is my departure from Manila. Pretty lucky for a last minute flight I guess. On my third day in Cebu, we hired a car and explored the Southern part of the province. We went to plenty of destinations which I'll be sharing some to you, guys.

One of our destinations was Mantayupan Falls at Barili, Cebu. Its height is 98-meters (equivalent to a 35 storey stucture hehehe) and you won't be struggling that much on your way here unlike the other tall falls we have in the Philippines. Pathways and railings are available so this is just a piece of cake. It took us only 10 minutes to the falls as far as I can remember.

Life vests are provided here so need to worry if you can't swim, another great thing here is there are ropes everywhere so you can reach the farthest part of the falls where you can feel its current.

If you have an obsession with waterfalls like me, visit this when in Cebu!
