Seafood Paella night? Why not!

Their Nate's Seafood Paella was served with the generous amount of seafoods. It has shrimps, mussels, clams, squid rings and fish fillet placed on top of savory paella rice. I love the seafood. I love the rice especially the burnt part (tutong) in paella. This is actually good for 2-3, but can be consumed alone by a ravenous person, especially when partnered with the good cold beer. I just wish they can add some crabs on it.

They changed their menu and seafood paella is not included on that, but you can still order this paella since they still have the recipe and ingredients.

The place was even great when you want to dine in a good ambience restaurant. Service was great too. Guess that's one the benefits that you can get here. We got one staff focused on us making sure that we have everything that we needed.

Will definitely come back to try their pasta and pizza.

I heard good reviews for this restaurant so I tried it out. I was really not impressed. So many items not available in the menu. Bruschetta would have been awesome if only they toasted the bread. So sad! :( Maybe they were just having one of those days. Won't be coming back here anytime soon. There's always room for improvement though.

Marciano's is surprisingly affordable for the venue, that's the first thing I would definitely.say. But this does not take away from the quality of the food and service that they provide. Whenever we have long dinner breaks (and we feel like going for a walk), this is definitely always on the top of the list.

Price range: 220-250
Must try: Chili Chicken Wings, Pesto Spaghetti.

Much to my expectation to have a better experience than my first visit, it didn't change much.

The ambiance was a bit noisy considering there was a large group of folks enjoying wine etc. - definitely not the quiet ambiance type.

The meals were okay, however it took a while before it was served. The Deviled Chicken was a bit raw and still had some blood. The Bruschetta servings were just okay, while the Salmon was a bit bland except for the lemon sauce.

For the Four Seasons pizza, it was okay for me, but not that appealing for its price. The Sofia Vongole Pasta was the worst - the most were just clam shells, and the sauce did not taste much of olive oil, rather more on broth.

Too bad this was our manager's treat, and did not enjoy much because of the food and service. 128517

First time to try Marciano's and was really disappointed. :( It took 30 minutes for the food to arrive, the beef tenderloin is so not tender, the orders were not taken correctly.

I tried the beef tenderloin lunch menu meal and got a plate with stiff and hard to cut tenderloin meat. Sauce tastes good but that's just it.

Not sure if it's the cook or menu formula.

I loved a deliciously oven baked all meat pizza. Not only that, its interior and kind staff make Marciano's marvellous.

The place is cool and romantic in a way. Its just that the food failed my expectations. The baby back ribs is tough. The ribs in the banchettos like Eastwood and Pioneer are more tender. Racks of course is exceptional.

Their "When Harry met Sally" pizza has caramelized apples and prosciutto. They served it with the Prosciutto separate. So we have to tear it and put it ourselves. In the other pizza chains, prosciutto is cooked with the other toppings.

Our order of pumpkin soup has to be returned since it was sour and didn't even taste like pumpkin. The replacement was better.

Service is good but can't compensate for the mediocre food quality.

After 3 months of working my a$$ off in residency.. I finally received my 1st paycheck!!! 128079128176128587

We got there around 8pm & gladly there was a table ready for us. The ambience was steady, while their playlist for the night? BRAVO.128588 it was a playlist filled with violin covers of mainstream songs. It was so eargasmic that we asked the server who the artist was in the hopes of downloading the same playlist.128513

The 2 items in the photo were what kept me munching & raving the entire time. 1st was the Marciano's Signature salad. Sarap!!! So fresh & so tasteful. The combination of flavors was perfect. I finished the whole plate!128077

2nd was the Adam Sandler Four Cheese pizza. Perfection!128525 thin crust, crispy with just the right amount of cheesiness to it. I think i had 3 slices. It was THAT good & guilt-free!

For 5 people, total bill reached 2k++. It's not so bad for some quality Italian meal! Definitely gives value for money.128077128176

The waitstaff failed to take our pizza order. I guess they thought that a solo serving of their limp and oily pasta was enough for two people. Typical of this chain...

Went here for Valentine's. They had the worst calamares ever. I'd even prefer to have those that are sold outside schools.

It had no taste, and it had a yucky gooey feeling. Their dip was some tomato sauce thing which didn't help either.

I just enjoyed the Carraffe Iced tea so much. 128522

Back log. :))

Went here for their soft opening and the dining experience was a bit on the romantic and classy vibe, with the dim lights and all. But despite the formal atmosphere, Marciano's quirkiness comes out in the menu, with the items' names inspired from different movie titles. After much deliberation, we ordered the Legally Blonde penne and When Harry Met Sally pizza.

Perhaps, there was quite a high expectation on the serving size where, for the same price, other restos could have filled the tummies of three to four people. The waiter was spot on that the portions are enough for two, just enough.

Taste-wise, everything was good but not so memorable than their labels. From its name, one would have thought the penne would be topped with white sauce. Anyway, the tomato-based pasta was creamy, as promised, but could have been easily devoured by a hungry diner. The thin-crust pizza was something I liked and somehow reminded me of Uncle Cheffy's. The slices were adequately crunchy, but lacked a little on the (surprise) flavor meshing of the pork and apples.

We ordered 2 steaks (Which I really like with their steak sauce and wedges. The price for 2 steaks are reasonable, not too pricey unlike other steaks in other restos.), 2 pastas (One is carbonara, especially for little sister. And the other is the beef stroganof pasta, which I also really really like. Their pasta and sauce is perfectly cooked.) and last is the buffalo wings (This is what I ordered 'cause I like something spicy to go with the steaks. For me, it just have the perfect spicyness, but for my mom it's already madly spicy. Maybe its just based on our taste preference.)

Done! 128513

Second time at Tuscany after having Banapple. This time it's Marciano's.

After walking in, I immediately noticed it smelled like a bakery. It took me a while to realize that they were making the pizza in one of the corners.

The interior is very simple, a little dark though, but not too much. And yeah, the guy making pizza at the corner.

Anyway. They seem to specialize in steaks, pasta and pizza. And most of the things in their menu (except for what we ordered) are named after movies/characters. They have sex and the city, blair waldorf. Its funny.

We had the Buschetta for starters. And both had Tenderloin Steaks. Mine with sausage, her's with shrimp and Caraffe Iced Tea.

The Buschetta was really good. Red chunky tomatoes. The taste was just right. Really rich flavor. Each peice has more ingredients. The first is just the tomato sauce, next is mixed with basil and the third with cheese and cured ham. The bread was toasted just right too.128077

The steak... I asked for medium rare, she asked for well done. Mine ended up a rare, and her's a medium rare. I dont know what happened there. I didn't get to enjoy my steak. I was halfway through it when I remembered to ask for..

Wor-ses-ter-shire? Or Wers-ter-shir?

Im not sure how to pronounce it, but I usually say the second one. LOL. I almost cant eat steak without it.

The sausage was so-so. And the shrimp still tasted like the sea.

Honestly as lame as it is, what I enjoyed most was the Caraffe Iced Tea. Its like Red Tea, but a lot better. I dont know, but it was really good.

Not giving Marciano's higher than 3 for this because there really wasn't anything mindblowing and the servings are too little for the price.

I will be coming back though for the pizza! They look really good. Not giving up on Marciano's yet. :)

New addition in Tuscany Estates, Mckinley Hill - Marciano's.

They are on soft opening so expect my review to be this low.

Minus 1 star for slow service, I had to ask for water several times.

Minus 1 star for small food servings for their prices - kind of expensive I must say (though the ambiance can be good),

Minus 1 more star as the staff don't seem to know what's good on the menu (or yes, maybe because she is new, everything's relatively new. Forgiven.128518)

Since we were all starving, food came a bit late, I only got to take a photo of the Fried Calamari. So-so.

The Honey Dijon Chicken was okay especially its sweet sauce but nothing special for the meat.

I should've ordered the Pumpkin of the Opera soup on that rainy day. I hope this one's worth it if I give this place another try next time. 9786
