Been going here for the longest time. We even order food delivery.

Original Mami and Asado Siopao, FTW!!! Love the sauce to go with the mami and the spoonfull of spring onions! Has maintained consistency all these years.

This is one of our comfort foods.

Once you get pass the smell when you enter, you're good 128513 HAHAHA

I dont know why they would not get rid of that smell. 128517 but i guess it wouldn't be Masuki without it 128076

As usual, i ordered the big classsic bowl 127836 with two extra sauces 128523 with an order of siomai 128513

I've always loved this place ever since it was introduced to me 128513128076 nothing beats this place. Classics 128588

Now why wouldn't you love Masuki?

They got the best Beef Mami and Siopao in the world. Yes, I'm serious. PLUS! It's not expensive! P200 would get you a Special Beef Mami that is so great, it'd make your mind explode.

Some would say that the Masuki branches don't taste as great as the Original in Binondo. I would honestly agree to that. Why? I guess it's the ambience, the cook, the freshness of the ingredients that set the Original Binondo Branch apart from the rest of the Masuki branches.

Nevertheless, Masuki has some great Mami that's promise to make any hungry customer leave the resto with both a full tummy and a smile on their faces.

20 Thumbs Up (if I had 20 thumbs haha)

Nothing like a bowl of steaming hot mami on a rainy evening 128076
The place is a little smelly when you walk in but the mami and asado siopao definitely makes it all worthwhile 128518128541 not to forget the yummy sauce!!!
Perfect when feeling nostalgic and thinking of my childhood days eating this in binondo.

masuki. sabaw na kakaiba. San Juan branch since 2004.

old school cantonese noodle house from binondo. they used to be ma kong mami from the 1930's.

thick firm noodles and generous servings of chicken, pork, beef, wanton, or any combo.

biggest bad ass siomai I have ever seen with a diameter of about 2 inches. yes. 2 INCHES!

wanton is good too.

they have their special sauce which you can pour over almost any item on their menu and still tastes good.

just don't dine in after a shower or else you will be forced to shower again after eating here unless you want to smell like an 80 year old kitchen!

This is our favorite dinner place when we feel like we've spent too much during the week. Food here is quite cheap, and they're really really yummy.

MAKONG MAMI (100/110 Php; Regular/Large)
This noodles is the best one I've ever had. Honestly, I like this better than ramen. After drinking the soup, you mix in the special sauce they give you upon arriving in Masuki. Yum yum!

SIOMAI (35 Php/piece)
Theor siomai is kind of sweet. It's made with singkamas, and I love it!

This is the resto that people are saying that uses cats in their Siopaos. Ofcourse that's just a hoax to kill their amazing business! Don't be fooled by that! This is the one if the best mami house here in the Philippines! The resto is actually the new/modern name or sister company of Mamonluk( the one in Q. Ave)

When you order their Mami, you can choose from the ff bowl sizes: "malaki"( big bowl) & "maliit" (small bowl). Their famous Mami is the chicken/asado but I only usually order the pure asado one. Mind you when they say "Malaki" it's really big! 128558( see picture). This also applies to their Siomais( see picture) and Siopaos! 128558

Once the Mami is served( 1-3 mins after order! 128079), they'll give you a bowl of dark sauce. This is their universal sauce for all of their foods esp on their Mami soup to give it flavor. I usually use this on their Siomais and Siopao only. If you want more soup you can request it for free! Yey! :)

Tip: if you're 2 people eating just order 1 "malaki" and just request an extra bowl of soup! #instatipid

For their Siomais, you can order per piece. You can see the chef's prepare the foods! Price is really value for money for the serving size of the food here! Staff friendliness and service is 4/5. Depends of the staff. Some are friendly. Some are grumpy. Ambiance is not that comfy enough, kinda old furniture & can see some Mosquitos and dirts around the place; but the size and quality of the food compensates it all!

This is a place worth coming back especially during cold/rainy season! If you don't like the atmosphere, you can opt to have it delivered! Yey! 128556
