Balita ko ito daw ang franchise version ng Ma Mon Luk, so kung mataas man ang expectation mo sa resto na ito, please leave it outside the door. There is truly nothing special about their noodles, especially the soup. It was more on the bland side, but in fairness to them, they will give you a sauce (unlimited) to timpla the broth, but I think na siopao sauce lang din yun kasi manamis namis. E I don't like my broth sweet so medyo fail yun. The noodles though is fat and juicy so sobrang nakakabusog. I ordered the regular size and halfway through it, sobrang busog na ako. The saving grace though was the meat (combination of chicken and pork) because it was so malasa.

Overall, it's a one-time thing and is definitely not worth the drive especially since I live in the south.

Oh my Siomai!

Munched on these while waiting for Lark C, Ruth D and Chachi L at LCM for last Saturday's Binondo foodtrip

My all time favorite here. Thanks Teemee T for introducing this to me.

This is the cleanest and oderless masuki I've ever been to! Haha Seriously, that foul smell that their other branches have is what made us joke that their siopao and siomai meats were made from cats! 9996🏻️128569. Anyway, everything here is consistent from way back when we were young. The broth, the sauce, the wanton! Still perfect. I remember our family and relatives heading here after mass every Sunday (back when they were called Ma kong).

The only thing I noticed diff is the siopao & siomai. The siopao bun is no longer as soft and meaty as it was (shortage ng pusa? Lol) before and the siomai had always been too floury but good, now it's just too floury. Though both items kept the same flavor. We also tried the lemon chicken and I think, they should stick to mami and their old menu.

I'm just happy masuki is still around and I do hope they stay around for a long time. Really does take me back to good old days 128151

I think this is the largest siomai i have tried so far. Was craving it after our shopping spree at 11/88, 999 and 168 shopping malls for cheap finds.

We visited around 4pm with my mom and Teemee T. We ordered 6 siomai and 1 large bowl of original noodle soup and split everything into 3. The noodle soup had chicken and pork slices. Noodle was not overcooked and was firm. You have to add their special sauce which they serve for the soup to have taste. Siomai was delicious as usual. Serving time was quick.
