For 595php, Max's Chocolate Ganache Cake caught my attention.

As I've always been a fan of their baked goodies, I often find myself trying out their cakes and this one is definitely one of the yummiest.

The chocolate used was rich, legit and tasty. Its thickness was actually bearable for me and mind you, it's not too sweet. Mama loved it too well, just like how I do!

One random evening we had a sudden craving for crispy pata and headed over to Max to satisfy it.

It was served after 20 minutes and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had their pancit canton and I think mushroom soup that weren't that spectacular. Service in Ali Mall tends to be quite lousy during busy evenings (there was also a function when we were there). All in all, we were too full to mind the other stuff. Thank heavens the crispy pata was good.

Kids' first time to attend a Kiddie Party at Max's and they enjoyed it.

This party is intended to celebrate the 1st birthday and baptismal at the same time which is popular now a days for practicality reason.

Partner is one of the Ninong, so he sponsored a lechon. The parents of the celebrant gave it to the waiters and instructed them to served the lechon to the guests.
After the event only 8 tables were occupied, so that is 80 guests. They are expecting that they will take home some lechon and the food for 20 persons which they paid in full. Ending? No leftover!

The room (with partition) is not enough for 100 quests so there were some tables in the common area. Effect? Not all the attendees participated the program.

We, the attendees were satisfied with the service Max's gave us but with the parents who paid the bill? They're asking for more!
