Me and my family went to this restaurant for diner, but unfortunately one of your crew when she serves the chicken she fell off it and looks like everything didn't see her. My mother didn't say anything but me I want to say something to her. She should serve food wisely and don't be tired.

Found my new favorite cake at Max's. Their Leche flan Chocolate Cake was really good. It makes want to crave more. If I am not mistaken it is a 5-6" round cake and it costs P250 only.

So...Max's is never a "go to" for me but the Mom and Pops wanted their halo-halo and I was starving, so we figured it was quick and easy. Um, no. The food was as expected...nothing thrilling, nothing new...but it was decent. It's the services that sucked! If I could give them a negative star, I would.

So Pops ordered his halo-halo, he finished it before I even set my napkin down so I assume it was good. Mom ordered a club sandwich....what she got was a teeny-tiny sandwich with a leaf and well, I'm sure there was meat somewhere in there. I ordered soup and my brother ordered a meal that was to come with soup and dessert. Our food arrived and we forgot about my brother's soup. When we finally remembered, we mentioned it to the server and asked him to count my soup as part of Kuya's meal and not to charge us for the soup. He said ok. The bill arrives and the charge for the soup is on the bill. I reminded the server and he said he'll have it removed. We gave the payment assuming he'd do as promised. Yeah, my fault for assuming he'd do his job right. When the server returned with the change, I checked the bill again and well, they did remove the mushroom soup but they replaced it with tinola!? Wtf?? I completely flipped a lid when I saw this. After hearing me b&@ch about trying to pull the wool over our eyes, the server returns to the cashier to get it fixed-- only to come back and tell us "eh, it's settled na-- just take the soup to go". Uh, you KNOW I lost it at this point!! Fast forward, just to get it over and done with, they refunded the money. Granted it wasn't a lot of money-- I mean, it was soup-- but the fact that they tried to trick us got my panties in a bunch! So, if you're looking for some shadey service with mediocre food, go to Max's in SM Sta. Rosa! Oh yeah...they also forgot Kuya's dessert...we had to remind them...twice. Ugh.
