CAMARON RABUSADO: A crunchy and tasty freshly fried shirmp about two or three inches long and maybe 8 pcs for 345pesos . Iam happy with the taste but the price is a bit high maybe 280 to 300 pesos is fair . Anyway i love shirmp ! I also have the walang kamatayang fried chicken and fresh lumpiang ubod , the ubod is a bit matured already and its hard to chew CHICKEN is tender and juicy .

Max's fried chicken has been a long time favorite of mine... I love the crispy thin chicken skin and the taste that is uniquely theirs alone, always best eaten with banana catsup 128523 Sarap to the bones!

My go to order is usually the budget meal @240 which comes with quarter chicken, rice, macaroni salad & a caramel bar.

We also got to try their Camaron Rebosado @380 - light & crispy battered Shrimp served with sweet & sour sauce...this was good but I found it expensive considering the small serving 128533

Old favorite na kasi. The fried chicken is still moist, crisp, and tasty. But the best new item is the eggplant with tofu. Sarap!

It's my papa's birthday yesterday, I have three options for the cake, first, I'll go to my school to buy the whole yema cake from Rodillas but I thought that it would be maaksaya because I'll wear my uniform eh I don't have class, second, Becky's kitchen but I don't have yet my own car and it would be a hassle for me because I hate commuting and third is Max's. So the nearest one won, the Max's.

When I went at Sm, they've just opened. I went straight to Max's and noticed that they only have the cake rolls while the Black Forest is the only available round cake, I asked the lady if that's the only round cake available and she said yes because the delivery has not yet arrive, I bought the Chocolate Roll for 375 pesos, the round cake costs 575 pesos.

Before I leave our house, I got a slice of cake while I was transferring it to a container because the box doesn't fit inside the fridge, oh, btw, I love their packaging. Hihi.

I thought the icing was smooth, a ganache type, I was wrong. The cake and its icing were dry. I'm looking for a smooth icing. See the white one from the top of the cake? (Don't know what they call it), it tasted weird! 128514

But of course, a cake is a cake, and hey, it's chocolate so I love it!

Don't go here during new year. The staff are more anxious to go hone than to serve you. The food is okay though
