💲I will do a total computation once the 3part post is done!
Just after sunset, we arrived at Oslob, found a good picturesque spot to take a few pics, and looked for MB Sunrise Resort as recommended by my cousin. It's very near the Oslob Whaleshark watching center. The rate was ₽2,000 a night for a room of 4pax, with 2 double beds and a bathroom. The resort also has a restaurant, infinity pool and kiddie pool. Swimming is until 10:00PM only so we had a little night swimming, and there was a lifeguard present at the time. Thumbs up! We also walked along the beach down below the resort because the tide was low and shone our flashlight to see octopuses hiding under the rocks and fishes swimming along. The locals were catching these octopus or fishes for dinner, I bet, as we saw them with spears and nets.

After swimming, we tried looking for dinner, but the only store is a 24/7 convenience store just a walk away. We wanted rice so we decided to drive into town. Oslob is a small town, and there was only one open restaurant, at past 11:00PM, and only because there was an event there. They were closed to the public. Luckily, just across is their public market and stalls of barbecue were lined up. We bought our dinner along with "puso", rice cooked inside weaved banana leaves. We also saw a 7-Eleven store and decided to grab some drinks and booze and took our dinner back to the resort where we ate in the comfort of our room.

We capped it for the night since we were due to wake up early the next day for some Whaleshark watching!
