Went for my Annual Physical Exam here, fully ready to devote at least two hours of my morning, but was pleasantly surprised to discover it took me only 50 minutes to do so (and that included waiting time).
Don't take Buendia from EDSA to get here as there is no U-turn allowed at Buendia corner Paseo de Roxas. The entrance to parking is along Buendia heading to EDSA.
Parking is nice and spacious, well-lit. No surprises coming out of nowhere here. Just make sure your tires have traction as there is a steep climb on the ramps upon exit.
Reception Staff at the Ground Floor were courteous. Give your card and wait for your name to be called. There is a nice waiting area for you and your barangay (if you brought moral support) at the lobby area on the left of the reception. They have Lavazza coffee available for those who are not fasting but need to wake up. If you are hungry, there is Sugar Leaf. Didn't get to taste any as I was fasting for my blood tests.
When I went to wait, I thought I'd have a long wait seeing that the lobby was quite full already at 9:15am. But after reading maybe 8 pages off my iBook novel, my name was called.
There were ample seats to wait for your turn. Courteous staff who were dutiful. None of that useless chatter about their love life or what they watched on tv last night. There were tv screens and wifi access to entertain you while waiting. Clean comfort rooms.
My X-ray attendant explained very well what I need to do in his area and gave me a secure room to change into the lab gown. Even explained to me how to wear the lab gown. I guess some people assume the wrong things here. Good that the attendant doesn't assume clients are x-ray experts.
ECG is on the 2nd floor. Very secure but I could totally hear the client in the next room. I guess the exam room walls are a bit thin. I hope he didn't hear me, 'though.
The doctor for my physical was courteous. Explained well. Asked if I wanted to do the other tests (I opted to skip-you can guess which tests they are).
Will be going back tomorrow for my pap smear as the OB-GYNE was on leave.
Didn't get to take pics so I downloaded some from the net. Done by 10:12am.

Some people would just go to a clinic to visit a doctor...well, I won't. I have Medicard. I will go to the Lifestyle Center.
This center is more that just a clinic, it's a well conceptualized holistic wellness center. All that you will be needing is here! Medical doctors, dental doctors, competent nurses (all of them are really professional and friendly) state-of-the-art modalities be it diagnostic or therapeutic. This center even have Out patient surgery unit. More than all of what I had mentioned, the service they offer is superb. Fast, friendly, and smooth flow of the process makes you feel well taken cared of which I think is a very crucial part of them claiming to be a wellness center. Stay well guys!

They got a lavazza cafe at their waiting room (very relaxing & spacious!)! And Sugarleaf, for your organic needs (they got chia seeds too!)!
I only went here because I missed the annual physical check-up scheduled at our office, but I am glad I did! Nurses are very helpful, ihahatid ka talaga hanggang sa next doctor or next part ng exam.
I never liked A.P.E.s before today and will ask our office to schedule me more than once a year here LOL
(Sorry, forgot to take pictures of the lobby)
