Good to try but I feel that their soup has a distinct cornstarch consistency and taste. Broth should be based on meat instead of making cornstarch water mixed for the soup. But flavor is okay.

Ramen isn’t bad. I tried the Black garlic and it was flavorful. Noodles were not that soft, but the pork was. Also tried the gyoza and it was terrible. I don’t know what sauce they used but it was definitely not for gyoza. Meat wasn’t good either.

Mall is about to close but we end up discovering a new and amazing noodle place.

Menya Ramen and Bento bar is tucked in the ground floor of Promenade’s old wing. Situated in the corner with two tables for 2-3pax and 6 counter chairs fronting the open kitchen.

Customers pay upon order. We are seated at the kitchen bar. Pork bun is not available during our visit and we got a plate of Gyoza and Menya Ramen.

Ordered the Menya Tonkotsu Ramen (Php 258) and Pork Gyoza (P116). The bowl of soup topped with pork slice and soft boiled egg is just as authentic. Liked every bite of the 5-piece Gyoza. Average price points and service is quick.
