If you can sleep through constant to regular noise - this motel might be okay for you ... plus if you can afford their room rates

As a result of our ferry from Tagbilaran to Cebu City , was turned around back to Tagbilaran , after around 1/2 , because of the bigger waves than usual of Bohol

After been bumped back in Tagbilaran , &!over 6 other ferries cancel , we needed to find a local motel

From the internet advertising , the MetroCentre Hotel , looked newer & well kelp ... with room rates to show that

Deluxe Room - P3020 / night

However this multi storey hotel found in the busy downtown shopping area of Tagbilaran , wasn’t what it’s advertisements looked like 128561128561

... you know this area of this city is busy , as you hear the traffic go past all the time , with the honking of the tricycles horns 128561128561

Our room faced the sea ... however from our 5th floor window... our obstructed view was an multi-storey college across the room

Within your motel room , there’s a full array of personal showering products

The 2 single beds , in our tight room , were to hard for my old injured back 128543128543 just over 3 hours sleep 🛏 if lucky

Our , so called Deluxe Room 128561128561 the over heavy toilet doors , wasn’t easy to slide open or shut it

MetroCentre Hotel complementary breakfast , from 5am , was select from a Filipino & international breakfast menu ... you can either eat your breakfast selection in the motels underrated , mosquito troubles 128543 GF restaurant or order takeaway breakfast - in case you have an early morning ferry to catch

Upon signing in for your hotel room ... you receive tickets for Free entrance to Atmospheres Club ( located next door to this motel ) & Free passes to the MetroCentre Fitness Centre ( Gym )

This hotel’s small pool is located on the 7th floor rooftop... along side their impressive gym

Their is disappointedly only one , over used , small in size lift , in this near run down

If I ever return to Tagbilaran Bohol again , I would never choose this motel ... as not worth the money

We stayed here last year and we had a pleasant stay. At the Airport they have a free shuttle. Check In was fast. Their rates are a bit higher though and rooms are smaller. They have a very nice pool.

Good Food. Excellent Service.

Got invited to a party here. They got an exclusive room for everyone they invited. The room is spacious, has stage, with carpet floors. The ambiance is nice.

Love the food. Tried Sweet & Sour Pork, Bihon Guisado, Chopsuey, Fried Chicken, and Soup. And everything was appetizing. Even the dessert was really good too (forgot the name though).

Excellent service. Waiters are just on the side waiting to be called. They find you seats when you get in. So accommodating. They refill your glass with water without the need of asking them to.

I was touched that they didn't mind my daughter who was eating everywhere and made the floor messy. They were quick to clean up. Too considerate! 10084

They call this resto 'The Lounge' which is situated in the hotel lobby. The place was quite when we got in. Only 3 tables were occupied.

I ordered Lechon Kawali (P250). The pork belly was crispy and was good but tasted like the usual Lechon Kawali I've tried in other restaurants.

My hubby ordered their Fettuccine Carbonara (P275). The pasta was rich & creamy, sauteed with bacon & mushrooms, and tapped with Parmesan cheese. It was really really good! By far the best carbonara I've ever tried.

Also tried their Hot Calamansi Juice (P60) which was also good. Just had to add some sugar to make it sweeter.

Our visit was a really good timing because there was this white couple who requested for some songs played on the piano. So we enjoyed the music as well even if they were the ones paying for the pianist 128512128077.
