Staycation within the city. My partner has a training in Eastwood for a week and he booked at this hotel, so I tagged along hehe. I’ve been to other Microtel and it seems like that have their standard room setting, which is nice and homey.

Location. This hotel is located right across Eastwood City. In spite of the hustle and bustle of the city, they still made your hotel stay convenient and comfortable. Yes it’s crowded outside but when you get in, everything will feel just like home.

Staff. All of their employees are accommodating, friendly and very professional. I don’t have any complain on how they attend to their guest. A+ for service.

Room and Stay. Our room is well presented. Clean and organize. Spacious bedroom as well as the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner is good. Hot and Cold shower is decent. They replenish the toiletries every day. They have water dispenser on each floor where you can get some for free. The pitcher is provided per room too. If you need some slippers, you can ask for it, free.

I just wish that they will have a swimming pool and gym like their other location. That will be perfect if ever. But for now, I am well satisfied with what they offer. I had very sound sleep and relaxing stay. 128134

Stayed in Microtel for Valentines' weekend... Cocoon was fully booked (bahay ang peg- puro ako ang nag-review dun)... Their location is good, walking distance from the Eastwood area if you are so inclined... Near enough to the Ortigas and Katipunan areas as well...128516

Well, the hotel is very simple... Very sparse lobby, furnished with modern yet comfortable chairs... The receptionist and staff were accommodating and friendly; checking-in was a breeze...

The hallways were modest and clean. Each floor has a water dispenser, which guests are free to use... Upon entering our room (junior suite), it had a minimalist appeal without being cold or too sparse. We had a little sort of kitchenette area, no stove though... There was a small table with chairs, a sofa which had a good view of the TV, and big queen sized bed positioned in front of the TV itself...

Speaking of the bed, it was very comfy! Not too firm, flanked with fluffy pillows! Yey!

The bathroom was small and simple, with a shower above the bathtub... Functional and clean.

They also serve 2 bottles of water each day, on top of the water/ice dispenser per floor. You can request for slippers, combs, additional toiletries (they only provide toiletries good for one person), and even sewing kits, free of charge if you require these items... They have nice slippers, FYI!128077

They serve daily breakfast for two at Tito Chef (see previous review). Well, Kanto is within walking distance, btw... 128540

On the other hand, they don't have a gym or a pool. If you do decide to stay in one of their branches, make sure that you have activities planned or you are in a no-frills kind of mood. But for me, it's already good value for money. They emphasized on what is important (ie room facilities), where one is ensured a comfortable stay in a good location, at an affordable cost. 128077

Edit: napuputol ako sa picture kahit ano gawin ko!!!

Edit 2: different photo, there you go128513

Edit 3: btw, you can book a massage in your room... Inform the front desk early and you can have it scheduled up to 11pm... Right before going to bed128077
