For the past few months, I've been driving past a banner that has an image of a burger with the word "MIWISHAYU" written over it, but always failed in attempt since they close at 6PM. But alas, I finally succeeded!

I have missed out on those few months of my life!

MIWISHAYU has become one of my favorite burger joints here in Baguio. I'll put it up there right next to COOKOUT.

This place keeps it simple and affordable with their menu, with only having six different kinds of burgers; the Wisha (₱100), Wasabi (₱90), Teriyaki (₱85), Dreaded Twain (₱150), Teriyaki Double (&150), and Monster Overload (₱160). Great prices, right? For the first time 'round, and being a glutton that I am, I went all out and ordered a Monster Overload, and a Teriyaki Double...for my lady. 128513

The magnanimous Monster Overload is comprised of two, 150g (total of 1/2lb) beef patties, stacked with six dynamites, shoestring fries, and cheese on a toasted sesame seed bun. The taste of this burger was as great as its presentation. The blend of the saltiness and juiciness of the burger, the crispness of the fries and the heat of the dynamites well complimented each other.

Also, the Teriyaki Double was mouthwatering. The teriyaki flavored patties weren't overpowered by the sauce, so you still will able to taste the beef.

This is not a restaurant, per-se. It houses two tables, seating a total of eight. But I was told by the owner that they will soon start to renovate the place, so I hope it will seat more customers, because I be live MIWISHAYU has something great to offer Baguio.

Just like myself, I'm pretty sure most Baguio residents have passed by their banner and have either slipped their minds on going there, or ignored this place. I'm glad, even though it took months, I was able to visit this place. I'm looking forward to more visits to MIWISHAYU.

Happy eating!!!
