What to eat when in Tagaytay? Bulalo.
So after our pre-Christmas family bonding last weekend, we looked for a good place to eat bulalo. The traffic going to Manila was heavy and our hunger could not wait to travel long enough for Leslie's. So we opted for the nearest - M&M.
Funny how I didn't get to take a picture of the bulalo. Upon its serving, Mama grabbed the serving spoon and put soup in everybody's bowls. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture. ️ Their Bulalo was fine. I just did not like the part that was given to us since it's not the one with "utak". I noticed that their serving's kinda small.
We also ordered Fried Calamari, Tawilis, Pork Sisig and Papaitan. Papaitan was just alright. Too many ginger included though. The pork sisig for me is horrible. It seemed like it was made out from a canned instant sisig! Will never order that again. I would like to commend their calamari and tawilis! Superb!
Good enough food for cheap prices to satisfy your hunger. Yet I say even though it's a carinderia type, Taal's view makes the experience worth it!
