Nice to be back at my favorite noodle place in Lilac last night.

It's been awhile since the last time we visit Mogu Tree. Ordered my favorite laksa noodle soup with my favorite toppings like shrimp, crabstick, cheeseball etc. the price increased, it's around 190 pesos but the tasted remains the same , still so good, and good for sharing 127836

Mogu tree was very cozy place, it is perfect for family, friends, and couples that wants to have merienda,

I'm actually not a fan of "gata" but their laksa soup was good, thou the soup I ordered was not i expect! It's probably bcoz I chose the wrong ingredients 128514128514 But their pork asado rice toppings according to my boyfriend is also good, I'll try again next time since it is budget friendly 9786

#musttry

When in Marikina, one must try this resto. Try their laksa-based soup. It's very rich and tasty. Plus points, it's very affordable and the serving is good for two.

The best laksa noodle soup for me!127836

Mogu tree noodle house is known in Lilac for its DIY noodle soup. Our favorite here is laksa noodle soup with your choice of toppings like, egg, cheeseball, shrimps etc. 2 toppings is around 150 pesos. So hot and so good. I'll never get tired with this soup!

Was not feeling well that day but after eating this soup I feel better as always 127836

I had an impromptu visit with my dentist last Wednesday. The little bugger cant be saved, we had to let him go. I dread going to the dentist. This can be attributed to the first tooth extraction i had a couple of years back. Man, when i think of that day - all i remember was being in pain.

Anyway, i have been eating bananas and yougurt for three days straight. I've been dying to eat real food anf I've been having Laksa fantasies for x number of months. Good thing, Lilac offers different types of food for every foodie craving.

Mogu Tree Noodle House. Truth be told, I've been eyeing this joint for quite sometime. We are regular customers at the Milkshake joint next door. And to my delight, MT offers laksa - my all time favourite noodle dish. And uhmm, do-it-yourself noodle dish anyone?

Mechanics. Choose your topping, noodles and broth. They offer a shitload of stuff for the toppings, six choices for the noodles and two choices for the broth. Two toppings costs php 145. Three is php 165, if I'm not mistaken, if you want more, you need to pay for em ala carte. I picked Laksa for obvious reasons, crabstick, enoki mushrooms and egg noddles. Once done, pay at the counter and get a table.

We were seated fot only a couple of minutes when the food was served. And my oh my, the claypot is steaming hot and the serving was huge. The broth is seasoned for the lalsa neophyte. Rich and flavorful. I like mine with a lil kick, i added three spoonfuls of chili oil. I like it when the amount of spice lingers in your tastebuds, you feel like you're on the verge of coughing. That feeling is what I look for whenever i am faced with eating spicy food. The enoki mushrooms and crabstick is cooked perfectly and the egg noodles is the right choice because it absorbs the flavor of the broth and the fact that it is soft made it easier for me to finish my bowl on less than 30 minutes.

I highly recommend MT to all Laksa lovers out there. Good food and good price. What more can you ask for.

I'm the type of foodie that always want something new but this is an exemption. I've been to a lot of food places in Lilac St. Marikina but this is the only place and the only food I will never get tired of eating.

Mogu Tree House is our family's favorite noodle house, laksa noodle soup with my favorite toppings is the best comfort food for me. Cost around 150++ and your truly satisfied. A true taste of laksa noodle soup, taste never change as my love for this food stays the same too10084127836

Its rainy and cold and the best food trip would be...of course RAMEN! My friend Kenny suggested we try Mogu Tree! He gave good commentaries about the food so we decided to go. Along with my two food buddies we went to mogu tree.

Location wise easy to find for those who commute and for car those who have car...fear not has enough parking space :) yey!

Space a bit small has only 3 tables in first floor which is good for 4 people. Don't know how many tables upstairs...The next restaurant Udderly Delicious (my next review) can also be used for dining since the owners are the same. Ventilation is good. The cashiers and waiters are pleasant...just need a little polish in customer service.

Let's go to food! Woohoo! Its a make your own ramen! I tried spinach ramen and my toppings are crab claw, lobster ball, mozarella ball, egg, shrimp & squid ball! My friends tried ramen noodle then toppings are gindara tofu, crab sticks, seaweeds, mushroom, beef strips & egg and our soup base was laksa! Oh my gosh! Ang sarap! The soup tasted so yummy! (tulo laway namin) We thought at first na parang ang onti ng toppings...but to my surprise aba ang bigat sa tiyan. We end up eating a bowl of ramen for almost 3 hours... hahaha!!!

We all love the ramen plus its soooooo affordable! 175 for a bowl is worth it! Will definitely come back!

For those who are looking for a legit Laksa, you gotta eat here... I 10084️ the Laksa soup that i was able to finish it all. Good thing it was served in a clay pot making it hot all the dine long. The taste is really authentic and mild spicy they provide chili oil if you want to spice it to the next level. It was a DIY laksa where Spinach noodles, Lobster balls, Mushrooms, sea urchin balls, mozzarella and bacon were my toppings. For 175 solid taste is really sulit.

Been wanting to eat at Mogu Tree Noodle House for a long time. And finally, got a time to visit the place 128513.
I like their concept of 'make your own noodle soup' and I enjoyed choosing 3 toppings (2 pieces each) for P150.
Now for the taste verdict, the soup is good and 'sulit sa binayad' ( I choose plain instead of laksa which is their bestseller).
However, I think their dumplings is a bit pricey (the place is a 'lil plain that I don't think it should have cost 95-100+ plus pesos).
BTW. I'd like to give plus points to their service since it's fast and accomodating.

i tried this last Friday at around 9:30 pm. it was late but they were still open. a few customers came in as well.

the place is small. they have a second floor for dine in customers which i was unable to explore. they sell a few japjap snacks and condiments below the stairs.

the spread for the noodles toppings were gone on some of the bowls. but i heard you can still ask for those missing ones. pricing for the noodles were already explained by other reviewers, lol. it's really cheap!

i got the laksa with 6 toppings. it was served piping hot with fresh veggies on top. i liked it. the toppings i chose were good. it was tad salty for me though. the bf got the spareribs with rice. it was meh. malitid and full of bones.

i will come back for the noodles. will try the green noodles next time. i got the ramen noodles that time and it was okay. not comparing with other noodles joints noodles coz that'll be unfair.

place is cozy and price is definitely affordable.

This matched our taste buds today cause it rained hard.

Their noodles are make your own.we enjoyed picking our own toppings and noodles for our Laksa.:) it was very tasty and delicious.:) we got Hakaw on the side as well.

It's easy to locate because it's just on the street of Lilac Marikina near Chinabank.128522

Would definitely go back for more!

low on budget but looking for a place that could still satisfy your noodle cravings? this place offers you great food but for a lower cost. One of their best sellers, the laksa, can be bought for 145php with 6pcs of toppings included. The servings size can be good up to two persons only.

Place is quite small, they are very accommodating, however, laksa soup is not that delicious, the taste was different from the laksa i tried in Singapore, but the toppings are awesome! 128522

My family and I go here for their noodles. If you're craving for noodles and really hot soup, you should try this place out! Plus, it's really affordable. Everything in their menu is, even the dimsum and the rice meals. Prices range from 75-180Php, if I'm not mistaken.

Thing is, their plain noodle soup somehow reminds me of how Lucky Me chicken noodle soup tastes like. It's on the salty side of things. But, the awesome part is you get to choose the soup, noodles, and toppings. I recommend their laksa soup, if you don't want the Lucky Me-tasting soup, it's more expensive than the plain soup, though, by about 20Php.

Two toppings mean you actually get four toppings. Three, means six. So, it's cool.

I'd come back here time and again if I'm just craving for a cheap fix for my noodle-craving. And, I mist try their rice meals. See if they're any good. The dimsum they offer is nothing out of the ordinary. But, it's a nice place.

Got to try their Laksa and it was surprisingly good! Very affordable and for the price, there were lots of choices to choose from in terms of what to put in your soup.

The place, while looking a bit rundown, seemed untidy though. Waiting time for the food didn't take so long and the servings were very generous.

Went to Mogu Tree last week after fetching our kids at school. I had a very bad flu then so I was craving for my fave laksa noodle soup while hubby and kids had waffle at Udderly Delicious and prefer to stay there at Udderly delicious . They had chocolate and strawberry waffle. Cost only around 60 pesos with a huge serving .

Cravings satisfied for a sick girl last week 128567
