It's been years since the last time I went hear and it's good to know it's still open. Before heading home, we had a couple of drinks. I ordered Mojito (125Php) and Cosmopolitan (125Php).

They still offer affordable drinks. They need to work on the ventilation of the place.

Food and drinks are fairly priced. Good thing they have a table by the garden because I don't like smoking-air conditioned-places. As to the food, their wings are a bit thin but as to the flavor it's good.

Perfect place to chill drink! I went there with my friends on a Sunday night so there wasn't a lot of people. Their drinks are good and worth it. The waiters were accommodating and kind. Will definitely go back!

Last night, as we were working on our drinks, I wondered out loud what Moksha meant... I was told that it is a Sanskrit word for freedom or release... My addled mind thought it was just a trip reply... But it didn't matter...

That's exactly what I needed in the middle of this ordeal...

It's a friends' birthday and I was extended an invitation to her favorite watering hole... I only planned to drop by for a short while, but the people in attendance were really fun so I ended up staying until the wee hours in the morn...

This may be a bar but we still had dinner. Shawarma and beef salpicao, no complaints... There was also a barrage of bar chow-- nachos, chicken lollipops, calamari, nuts and fries... All good... Then again, if you've had enough Double blacks with coke, weng-wengs, Jagers with San mig chasers, everything's bound to be all good...128077128077128077

I wouldn't know about the price, since it's a birthday treat... But I remember it being affordable during my previous visits...

And since my friend and her peeps are regulars, the staff knew them pretty well... They were really attentive and friendly... Fast service... Great environment overall!

Another epic night, halo-halo peeps but good vibes all around! 128077128516128074

Sorry for the hazy pic, the lights were dim and the smoke was heavy...

And I did check... That is exactly what Moksha means...

And that is also what I got...

Found the perfect place to chill! Love love love this place! It was tiny bar situated in J. abad Santos street in San Juan. I think there are four 4-seater tables inside. Lights are dim. Sounds are party-chill. May smoke inside! Ok, I don't smoke but my friends do. And this actually the only place where I het to enjoy airconditioned tambay with them. You see, whenever I am with them, we have to stay al fresco so they can smoke while we tambay. At least, dito lahat kame comfortable! Hehe. I had their grape juice thingy. It was gooood. Tempted to buy another kaso medyo tipid mode na. Lol. Perfect chill spot.

Moksha, indian word that means release. An Indian bistro hiding in San Juan Greenhills and yes this place could be your perfect release from the busy and noisy city life. Place is very quiet and private so its perfect for a sweet escape. I wont say much about the food because we only dropped by for some cocktails to cap our night so the place itself would be my focus for now. And I think its really notorious for that pampatulog-lang-inuman session hehe

We usually go here for booze. But this particular night, we were so hungry that we decided to order food not for pulutan but for dinner. We had pasta. Aligue for my cousin and sausage for me. We loved it! I didnt know that they also serve good food here. A little bit pricey though (for i think a small serving or im just matakaw?) 128514128557 but i can say it's worth it. 128513128539128076. Oh btw parking sucks especially on friday and saturday nights 128545 Since this is just along abad santos in san juan expect street parking or no parking at all 128548128534

After a full day of food, food and food last Saturday (not Lea A/Jairus d levels though), I wanted to end my day with a little alcohol. Pampa kalma lang ba.

✅San Mig Light (P50)
No need to say anything anymore about this Pinoy fave.

✅Flying Tiger (P800)
First off, this wasn't my idea. I was already content with my bottle of beer. This thing had so many spirits in it that I didn't bother writing them down anymore. Mukha pa syang tubig imburnal. But it tasted damn good! But be warned, lasa palang obvious na traydor ito. Anything that tastes that good is likely evil. So tread lightly pards. Sticking to my initial plan of just slightly dulling my brain I stuck to one glass.

Over all, it's a small steady bar with cheap drinks and lively music. Perfect for a steady and laid back Saturday night. Definitely no pretentious shit here.

Party bar!

This is a bar first and foremost. The apps and the drinks are the stars of the show. Although the name connotes middle eastern food, which they have an abundance of, the have not forgotten the sisigs and nachos as well.

My favorite here are the meats. The usual salpicao can stand to much more expensive places. So do the other items on their apps.
I assume it's because of the still relatively low rent.

If you happen to find yourself along Wilson, keep going. There really are no good bars there. Lol. The best bar, value for money, is when you reach Abad Santos, 50 meters or so in.

Meats are very tender and of course, tasty.

PS: I have no idea who owns the place. This review is completely unsolicited. I just found out about it when I was invited to a birthday party of a friend 128077128077 127867128115128523

It would have gotten 4 stars if it weren't for the fact half of the things I wanted to order wasn't unavailable on their dessert menu! I always heard how amazing their cake was from my friends who lived nearby and when I visited they told me it was discontinued and when I picked another thing on their dessert menu they said the same thing. :(

The ambience of this place is nice, you'd be lucky if you go there on a quiet day. But trust me when I tell you that it would be rare. It's usually packed with people.

Unlucky if you end up beside a table with smokers and you just want to enjoy your beer without the scent of smoke. ._.

Their Herb Potato Wedges are a must try though! I can't get enough of them. :O
