When Liw-Liwa and you ask where to eat, for sure this is the first place that they'll suggest.

Mommy Phoebes place have really evolve from my 1st visit 2-3 years ago. This use to be a simple karinderia but now they are now a much more good looking place. The place is well known for their bagnet which taste good. Their lutong bahay choices are also really good. Prices are also very cheap. If you are really on a tight budget you could ask them to cook for you some pack of pancit canton.

Their fruit shakes are also the official drink in the island. Avocado and buko shakes are my fave they are so delicious. Serving are also big!

The place is also sells everything you'll be needing in the island from soaps, medicine, water, chips to boradshorts and surfboard kit

Overall don't mind the karinderia look of the place just try their food and definitely you will love it! 128522

Straight from the beach, we were ecstatic to try Mommy Phoebe's silog because of the blog reviews we read prior to coming to San Felipe. It is beside Circle Hostel with a vacant lot separating them.

Famished because we only had bread and banana for breakfast, we ordered their silog and a fruit shake. Marjorie G ordered Tapsilog while I ordered Tocilog. We picked the Mango-Banana combo for our fruit shake.

We were the only customers that morning so we had no competition in terms of service. Hehe.

Egg was cooked as I liked it, rice was okay and the tocino was juicy and tasted homemade. Tocilog is Php80 and shake is Php45. They also sell sari-sari store items as well as souvenirs. You can also rent surfboards, skimboards, etc.

Service was warm and prompt. 128522
