Whenever I'm in dire need of a good massage, this is my go to place.

I'm a fan of their Hilot since I always get "lamig". The combination of the warm oil, the banana leaves and the hilot strokes never fails to loosen up my stiff, aching muscles.

The ambience is simple and the masseuse is always attentive to your needs.

Yay it's my first time for a body massage and my mom brought me here <3 I loved their service and crew which were very friendly and approachable then one thing about this branch is that they only have 5 beds. But I understand their situation since it's only in SM hypermarket, my mom said other branches have bigger accommodation. Anyw, since it was my first time the one who massaged me was making sure it wasn't painful for me.I love their method of massaging, very relaxing, calm music and comfy bed. Hehe it was a 1108811088110881108811088️ for my first try!!

I tried their "hilot" because my lower back is really aching and I think my whole body really needs a massage. I honestly like it here minus the couple who were talking quite loud while I was there, I hope there is a policy were your not allowed to chitchat since it ain't a private room. The curtains is what separates you from other customers. I love the hot banana leaves that were to be put on your back it's quite relaxing, the only negative comment that I'm gonna say is that the therapist had focus and put so much pressure on my upper back and shoulder blade that it hurts. Next time I'll try the Swedish Massage.

I decided to try this place as a last resort to my aching back and sore wrist. I specifically wanted a hilot, but I didn't know any other place near my house so this was my only bet.

So I got in at around 8:30. It looks very small from the outside but you'll be surprised that this hole in the wall can accommodate 6 beds and 2 shower rooms. I took a shower (P50 charge) since I went straight from the gym. Thankfully I had my toiletries with me because their body wash had a strange smell. The bathroom was spacious enough and clean.

When I was ready, my therapist Apol, got onto the hilot right away. Despite hearing the constant "kwentuhans" of the other therapists from the outside, I really enjoyed my massage. Apol was able to relieve me of my "lamig". She was even able to sales talk me into availing the ventosa (P80 additional), explaining to me how deep my lamig is already. At that point, I'd do anything and she didn't disappoint. I went out an hour later feeling energized and light. I'm thinking about making this a once a month thing to avoid getting that stubborn lamig again. Although I feel like P300+ for a hilot is too steep considering how we have so many home based manghihilots here in Manila. Oh well, it was worth my relief thats for sure.

Paid for an hour massage and therapist vanished after 15mins and didn't returned for a couple of minutes. Basically waiting time was longer than the massage.
