A colleague drove me here after a long day of non-stop working. Upon entering, we were happily greeted and led to a table. Kudos to the staff for still being energetic at past 9 in the evening.

I ordered the Fish Mozzarella Melt because it was highly recommended by my Cebu-based colleague. For P189, it was actually worth it. The dish was simple, flavorful, and delicious. It went well with the cup of garlic rice it came with. For dessert, I tried their Blueberry Cheesecake (P120) since it was the only one available. Sadly, I didn't like it because it was more gelatin than cream cheese. It was really bland if not for the blueberry preserve on top.

My first time in Mooon Cafe was generally good. I'd still want to eat here when I'm back in Cebu. 9786

As usual too many customers, too little servers especially for the outside customers. Good thing the pork ribs are great at a cheap price and finally, offered a below zero Red Horse! Thats more than enough to compensate for the lack of service.

Huhuhu for this Mexican inspired restaurant. Props for the interiors, it was lively and interesting. Food was blaaahh. :(

We got the following:
Gambas Ala Luna - good but a bit tough
Chicken Mozarella Melt - mozarella sticks like dried glue, chicken was overcooked and bland
Fish Mozarella Melt - didn't get to try this but I guess it's the same except being a little more bite friendly
Beef Stroganoff - liked it, but it isn't a Mexican dish, is it?
Pork Chops - just okay, nothing special.

2 stars. Sad.

Mooon Cafe, great place to dine when you're with a group of friends and loves to drink at the wee hours of the night. Lol. Beers goes in bundles, number of bottles depends on the price range; with a selection of whatever "pulutan" you'd prefer on the menu. Usually it comes in three. We had nachos with salsa, sisig, chicken skin, and an additional calamares for our pikka. :) their beer was really good, SUB ZERO beers. 128076
