This is the most sulit ramen I've had in a very long time 128523128523128523

While I will always support Ippudo (I've yet to try Mendokoro, I cri 128557), I usually find the servings of ramen restos bitin.

My mom was really adamant that we try this place and I was initially hesitant... Primarily because of the reviews here on looloo. But I'm so glad that Moshi Koshi changed my mind!

I ordered a Shoyu Ramen. I forgot the exact price but it's around Php310-350. If I had to think of a word to describe this bowl of ramen, it'd be generous. The serving was huge! So huge I couldn't finish it! There were lots of noodles, which were actually pretty chewy. Not like the ones we usually get from Ippudo or Nagi.

The chashu were soft and tender. The broth was flavorful and not cloying. And the egg. It was soft-boiled and thankfully not overcooked. Hallelujah.

Will definitely go back! 128523

I got the big boss ramen bowl of shoyu for Php310. It's my first time to eat soy sauce based broth with ramen noodles. I was satisfied, their chashu pork is good and the ajitama egg is very good. The ambiance is nice. Servers are accommodating enough.

Naexperience mo na ba yung hindi ka nagbreakfast then gutom na gutom ka na to a point hindi ka makadecide what to eat?
That's what happened to me.
My colleague had to leave early in the afternoon and the closest place we all agreed to eat was at Moshi Koshi.
Two of us, including me ordered Tonkatsu Donburi, the other two ordered Gyudon Donburi and the other one ordered curry.

Anyhow, the Tonkatsu was Php190 pesos.
Served in a rice bowl then the pork was on top.

On my first bite, I noticed that the meat was undercooked. I was patient. And gave back my order and the server was happy to replace it.
Sad thing is, they replaced my Tonkatsu with yet another undercooked piece! Seriously! Nahiya naman ako magcococomplain because I was with my boss and team.

It's disappointing! I was hungry. I took out the portions that were undercooked. Haayyyy.

You can see in the photo that the meat was still bit pink.

Syempre, gutom ako, wala na din akong gana na kumain. The taste was not really....hmmmm, di ko trip.

However, in every restaurant naman talaga makakatyempo ka ng bad order at good order. The Gyudon was good, beef strips with soyanghon on top of rice. The Curry, well, she didn't like it and bought food at Army Navy after.

The service was fast...siguro kasi konti nakain.

Malungkot na pangyayari..
