A friend and I tried their shoyu ramen, a soy sauce based soup. It took some time before our order arrived but we were occupied by the informative paper placemats with their diner dictionary and some trivias.

Our ramen arrived while it's still smoking hot and very inviting to the eyes. It was well presented, clean and beautiful. The noodles were firm and delicious. At first I didn't like the shoyu broth but I eventually appreciated it halfway when slurped with some tamago. The soy taste was there but I think it failed to leave an impact. As for the meat, it was flavorful and would melt in the mouth.

Overall, Moshi's shoyu ramen was not as good as my favorite from Ramen Nagi. It was not my type of ramen but it was cooked well, fulfilling and satisfying. The price was on the affordable side compared to Ramen Nagi.

The place was small, with only around 10 tables, a little mausok near the kitchen area, but well maintained, organized and very cozy. Service crew were alert, attentive and friendly.

With no other options offering Tantanmen in this side of QC, Moshi Koshi is a "pwede na" alternative in case of a serious ramen craving that couldn't wait for a visit to Wrong Ramen or Ukokkei.

Now, if only Kichitora would open a branch nearby....
