After our light dessert at G9, my friends and I walked around the mall in search of more dessert places. We came across Mr. Bean, located near the cinemas. I was initially a bit hesitant to try this, because I'm not sure if it would be good. I mean, after all, the taho that manong sells in the streets is the best one, right?

But M and C both convinced me to try this one out, and so I did. We got the Chilled Taho (Php 45). And I'm so glad I gave it a chance! 128149 The taho was very smooth, and tasted really pure and authentic. Unlike the ones sold in the streets, this one is just one whole chunk of soya goodness. 128525 For people who are not big fans of food that are too sweet, this is perfect! 128076 For those who want more flavor in it, you may opt for their Chocolate or Mango Chilled Taho flavors! 128158

Ang sorop!!! ng soy milk ng Mr. Bean. Tried their iced soy milk with pearls and boom! Flashback of my childhood days when we would go to tasty dumpling in their first branch along Nueva in Binondo for their porkchop rice and my favorite soy milk!!!

Also tried their pancakes and got the peanut butter flavor ang sorop din!!!! Lol. 128077128077128077

Sells "the best" chilled taho in town!!! Sweeetness is just right. If u crave in for more sweetness, they'll add in extra syrup for free at your request. A good value for money...and very healthy! 128523128076128077

I'm not a big fan of soy milk so obviously I did not enjoy their signature drink but I absolutely loved their kaya-filled pancake!

I love taho!!!

Although I'm not really fond of the flavored ones which are now being offered in the market -- I personally still go for the regular one. But boy am I so happy when I tried Mr Bean's Taho with Black Sesame and Rice crispies (cant remember if it was called rice crispies). It didn't disappoint me! I'm glad they opened a branch very near me...

If you haven't tried it, and if you're a taho lover like me -- you have to try it! Definitely a must! :)
