Best. Affordable. Bibimbap. Ever.

Minus getting my fill from the more traditional Korean owned house restaurants, this is the next best place (or branch). Albeit they only have Bibimbap. This is my nth visit but the quality of food that I got has always been consistent!

I wish that the other branches would follow suit and serve the same level of quality. A healthy and filling meal for Php168 (combo) is pretty darn awesome!

Will definitely go back soon! :)

For something that I wouldn't call authentic Korean, this is surprisingly good! Its meant to be cheap fast food for when you need a quick fix or are on a budget, so don't set your expectations too high. I'd call it a Pinoy interpretation of Korean fare with some shortcuts here and there... but heck, its tasty! And nothing over P100!

Highly recommend their bibimbop and kimbop. 128077

A taste of Korean for the masses. Far from authentic Korean though. Only the concept of the dishes but not the taste are Korean.

The best seller - bibimbop is a lot for one serving. Good if the taste is great but since it's not, if you want to try then split it with someone else.

The ramen is like instant noodles and very very spicy. You pay extra for mild.

The kimbop is just plain and not that interesting.

The dumpling is not to be recommended either.

Japche was surprisingly better but gets too nakaka umay after a time.

The place is cheap and located at the SM food court so what do you expect? But since the area is recently renovated and features a higher market vibe to it then the restos should have lived up to the expectation.

The newly opened basement of SM Makati offers a range of fast food chains from Burgers to Dimsum to noodles.

Among all the small restaurants, Mr. Kimbob seemed to attract foodies scouting the floor. So my mom and I decided to eat here. We shared an order of their bestseller -- Bibimbap. I honestly can't make a comparison because I've never eaten in a Korean Restaurant up until last Monday. Although I would say this dish was well-balanced despite it being a tad oily since it had vegetables, meat, rice, topped with a sunny-side up egg and kimchi on the side for a spicy kick.

It lacked a bit of flavor though. I was expecting something with the likes of Pepper Lunch or Sizzling Pepper Steak. Maybe this is how it's supposed to be since I haven't tried Bibimbap before? 128556

Beware of a couple of flies in the area!

I love bibimbap! I even make this dish at home so I can say Mr. Kimbob offered the dish at a cheap price yet kept the delicious authentic taste. To others who doesn't know, make sure you ask for gochujang because bibimbap best taste with gochujang. It's a red paste you mix with the rice and all other stuffs on the plate. And make sure you mix the whole thing before you eat it!^_^ I have a friend who ate it like eating a regular rice and dish the Filipino way that's why she didn't enjoy it.

Had Bibimbob for dinner last night! I don't know what it has but it's a meal with rice, egg, and other veggies(?) and also one which you can choose among beef, chicken, or pork.

Tasted good but I felt the hardness of the rice! Parang luma! Still, when I mixed it with the other stuffs, medyo lumambot na naman sya. So pwede na din. It's only P99. Pwede na. 128518128516128521
