[Late review]

I remember when this first opened. I was so excited na kasama siya sa field trip namin dati. That's why when last year (I know, super late na review na 128514) they offered to have free entrance fee, we grabbed the opportunity to get back. You see, we live in Marikina and it usually takes us 1 to 2 hours to get to that area. Gas pa lang ang gastos na. We invited our father to join us, he still lives in Manila btw. Nakatipid din kami ng P600. 128521

Offspring had a lot of fun. She loves the art activity where they made pencil holder by repurposing the tissue roll core. Actually patok sa kanya yung lahat. It was a lot of fun and informative. I love that kids can touch the display and they can fully interact and learn from it. I personally love the human body parts, especially the sounds they make haha! We spent a lot of time on the role playing areas. They have displays of little establishments in the community where kids can pretend to be in a barbershop, market, sari-sari store pharmacy, carinderia, bahay kubo and firefighter. The books section were nice as well and they can read the books if they are tired of running around.

Papa spent a lot of time in the comics/drawing sections. He and his brother used to draw in the local comics when they were younger. But Tito explored it more and became an art director in a local broadsheet paper whilst papa went into construction. (Lol ang haba na ng kwento)

Anyway, we love the museo and it's one of the place that I will recommend especially to those with grade schoolers.

As part of my post-birthday celebration, Me and some of my friends took 15 kids with the help of a non-profit organization. I have to admit, I actually enjoyed the place as much as the kids did!

They make everything interactive. There are around 6 or 7 rooms and each room has a different thing to offer for the kids. You enter a room with a mouth as a door(I thought this was a little creepy but the kids liked this one), You can pretend to be a fireman or a barber in one room, and on one room you can listen to the voices of historical heroes via voicemail.

The kids were running around everywhere and I could really see they enjoyed everything about Museo Pambata. Shoutout also to our guide! 128522

Also got discount coupons and a free lanyard from them 'cause I answered the survey! 128077

I hope they will continue to improve this place! (Giving it 4/5 stars 'cause medyo bitin. Haha.)

Entrance is P250 pesos regardless if you're a kid or a kid at heart but if I remember correctly you pay P200 if you're from Manila.

What Museo Pambata does best: making complex topics about Manila history, Philippine culture, human body, and the environment easier to understand. Kids and kids-at-heart will surely have a great time with the hands-on activities--my personal favorite is the Botika ng Barrio! 128077 Also, taking of photos is allowed! 128522128247

A place where you can be a kid for a day and recall the fondest memories from your younger years.

I love the fact that most areas are interactive. I wish they can maintain this place, if not improve it.

You can also hold birthday parties here! Yay!

One would think that being adults, we'll surely get bored inside a kid's museum but what the heck, don't know if i should get embarrased in admitting that we were still amazed at the interactive stuff we've witnessed inside. Museo Pambata is one cool museum for kids of all ages including the kids at heart. The entrance fee of 100 pesos (unlimited time) is quite cheap considering the 60 pesos per 30 minutes rate for small spaced "playgrounds" found in malls.
I was referred by Kuya J to join the #loolooiphone6giveaway

I thought looloo doesn't have a review for Museo Pambata so I didn't bother to search for it. 128514

Who said that only kids are allowed to go and enjoy inside the Museo Pambata? Of course, we, on our last year of being a teenager, enjoyed our time here! 10084️ My high school friends set a field trip because we miss it a lot. 128514

Inside the museo, there were six parts (correct me if I'm wrong). my favorite part was the bahay na bato! Hehe, it's a mini old house which was a replica of those real ones in Ilocos or some in other provinces. I wore the saya when we were there and took it off immediately. 128514

There were barbershop, a dry market, bakeshop, carinderia, pharmacy and even a fire station! Hahaha. We really had fun inside the museo pambata! 128514

If you are planning to visit, bring your id if you're from Manila, they will give you a discount from 150 or 175 I think, it would be 75 pesos. 12852210084

this is the museum for the young ones and young once.

it has a very interesting history corner and the interactive part of the museum is fun.

there is also a real helicopter outside that you can take a picture with.

Been here a couple of times when I was a young of course. Its a fun place for kids to play and learn at the same time. That permanent display of a Huey Helicopter is fun for kids to goof around. Not sure with the entrance fee but im sure its affordable somewhere below P200.
