Located at the Downtown Area of Naga City along Elias Angeles street. It has four floors and 2 function rooms. A karaoke bar and a chinese restaurant can also be found in the ground floor. Since it was well within the city proper, it is accessible to food establishments, banks, grocery and other stores. There is even a pasalubong shop across the street. However, since it was also the downtown area, the adjacent streets can be a little bit busy with people and cars passing by. Parking can be tough as well since the available space is only few.

The place seems old but it has been maintained quite well since the rooms are still nice. Room is spacious and well lighted. Airconditioning and TV was also good. Bathroom is clean and good supply of water even if we were located at the fourth floor. It was fully booked during our stay since it was the Peñafrancia festival. Even though they were busy attending to other guests, the frontdesk officers and hotel room staff were very accommodating and friendly. They answered our needs very well especially when we requested for an early checkin (4hrs earlier from the regular check in time) and additional beds (Php 500 each) to accommodate us all.

Some improvements can still be made on the elevator since it was not airconditioned and is a little bit slow. But if willing to take on the challenge, there is a wide stairs that can be used to traverse from one floor to the other.
