I had a foot spa manicure pedicure. Im expecting that since it is foot spa, there is a massage on my foot. But naahh!!! But there is a different charge for foot massage, maybe thats why it is not included in foot spa :(
Serving drinks while having a spa is a good idea, but there should be a different bar tender. I saw the staff doing mani pedi then she also made a drink like a bartender. Its kinda weird that you'll see an attendant wearing spa suit turned into a bartender.

Services availed:
Handspa and footspa, hand and foot paraffin, manicure and pedicure.

+ It's in Blue Bay Walk so it's a posh place.

- However, they don't have their own restroom as the administration of the area did not allow the establishments to have their own except for the restaurants. Restroom is on the ground floor. Salon is on the second floor beside the stairs, which is near.

- The AC was on low as the room is still warm. They turned on fans but I think the room is still warm for a salon but it's still okay.

Customer service:
+ The attendants were nice and conversational.

+ The attendant asked first if the paraffin temperature was not too hot for me before putting the rest of the wax.

- However, booking with them is horrible. No one answered the phone right away. I called several times before someone picked up the phone and that was past 12nn. FB says salon opens at 10am. Receptionist said salon opens at 11am. But they can only start servicing at 12nn.

+ They allowed us to bring food bought outside as they literally only serve cocktails and some light snack.

- Polish was not smoothly done. There were rough edges. It was obvious that the attendants were new to the industry. I asked them, too.

+ They took their time working on our manicure and pedicure. We weren't in a hurry so it was okay.

- However, I think they need lamps per customer as it was dark inside so I didn't notice that the polish finishing is rough for some fingernails which we only noticed when were out the establishment.

+ They have nail dryers.

I'd go back here again to give them a chance. Ut's a new store after all. But not for a Brazilian wax as the restroom is downstairs.
