Was browsing the net where to eat in Makati when I saw an article by spot.ph about Naimas. The picture was so inviting that I immediately decided to go for it.

Naimas is located along Amorsolo cor Ruffino St. Its on the CAP building so its very easy to find the place.

Naimas is a filipino restaurant that offer great Northern Luzon dishes. Naimas is delicious in Ilokano dialect. Which is a perfect name for the place.

The place can easily be spotted with the eye catching exterior along the busy amorsolo street. The exterior got a relaxing display of plants and woods. The interior got the homey vibe because of the wooden table and chair. The rustic design with homey wooden wall design was very nice.

For the dishes we tried:
128073Bagnet - this might probably the best bagnet that I've ever tasted. This is unlike other so called bagnet that tasted more like litson kawali. Their bagnet got that crunchy outside with a melt in your mouth meat/fat. It was so good! The alamang dip also brings more flavor to the meat. I suggest adding some sili to the alamang for an extra kick. You can also ask for Mang Tomas for a more familiar taste.

128073Sizzling Litid - I'm just an addict when it comes beef tendon. So I can't resist ordering this dish. The litid was perfectly cook. Soft and easy to chew. The sauce got a delicious hint of sweetness to eat.

Overall the place is a very great find and the prices of their dishes are not that pricey. Mostly ranges from 200-300. Servings are also big. Also great place for a drinking session since their dishes are perfect for pulutan. Definitely will comeback to tryout the Baboy ramo and adobong itik.128522128077Definitely Naimas!

We got the Naimas Bagnet, Kilawing Kambing, Adobong Pato, and Choco Turon. I like the place and its ambiance. The food reminded me of our hometown, Ilocos. It was actually good. The bagnet was crunchy and the bagoong sauce was complimentary. Although, I was still looking for more. I guess, it's the price. It was a bit higher than ordinary.
