There are many bulalo joints in Tagaytay and whenever we are here and need to satisfy our bulalo cravings, Nanay Dorie's is definitely our place to go to. Located just a few meters from Sky Ranch going to Nasugbu.

It was a foggy to almost zero visibility last night but that did not stop us from pursuing that hot bowl of bulalo!

They are reasonably priced and the food taste great too! I also heard that Nanay Dorie is a relative of Leslie('s).

Searching for a good food and bulalo that has the almost same quality as Leslie's but on a cheaper price? Then, Nanay Dorie's is the place to be! I have read from the other review that Nanay Dorie is the wife of Leslie! That explains why they have the same quality of good food. 128076🏼128521128076🏼

Go past Sky Ranch when you're from Manila, if I'm not mistaken it's a bit near the Tagaytay-Nasugbu boundary.

Food is great as well as the service. 128076🏼

Went here before going to skyranch during our tagaytay getaway. We avail the set meal which includes bulalo, chicken bbq, chopsuey and crispy pata with rice and drinks already. I love their bulalo, perfect for the cold weather, although it got cold very quickly. Everyone enjoyed the chicken bbq too. Actually everything that is served was delish. For better experience, it's better to dine at the bahay kubos at the side of the main restaurant. Price is just right and you'll get your moneys worth :)

Breezy chilly night in Tagaytay, best enjoyed with a big steamy bowl of Bulalo 127858

We wanted to go to our usual Bulalo place (Leslie's) but traffic towards that direction was unforgiving so we veered towards the opposite direction.

First Bulalo joint we spotted was Nanay Dorie's. It's your typical opens area restaurant, a huge Pinoy karinderia if you may in the center with matching bahay kubo tables at the perimeter. This for me is the perfect setting in enjoying a bulalo bowl, with the matching Tagaytay breeze of course 128522

Bulalo was amazing! Soup is tasty with generous serving of tender beef. Veggies were fresh too! We also had Crispy Pata, Pinakbet, and Tawilis. All were equally sinful and scrumptious 128541

To top it all off, we realized that we got the Bulalo we were craving for! Apparently, Nanay Dorie is Leslie's wife (yes, Leslie is a man) The Bulalo soup we've been sipping is technically the same thing! Lol. What a pleasant surprise. 127881

Oh and the price was of course very much affordable! Great evening well spent!
