It was a bit difficult to find a spa that offers pregnancy massage and glad I found this place.

Had a good pregnant massage here!

They actually have big and long pillows that will let preggy moms move from side to side comfortably. The staff carefully assisted me to my room and helped me lay down to the right position on the bed. Not sure of it's their regular bed... but it was wider than usual.

Interiors were simple. Place is clean.

Price is a bit expensive though.

I would have been able to try the spa had the girl at the reception actually did her job and typed in my reservation.

Backstory: I was planning on getting a massage on Valentine's day with my boyfriend so I did my research and found this spa. I checked the website and everything and I thought it would be a great place to have a massage right before having V-day dinner. So I called a week to reserve about a week earlier (Feb 6, 2016) so I told the girl on the phone what I planned on reserving: Swedish massage, couples' room, the one with the shower at 4pm to give us enough time to travel for a reserved dinner at 7pm. The girl asked for my name as well as my companion's name and after I repeated my request: FEB 14 AT 4PM she said okay and thank you and literally dropped the phone on me like I was a bit confused because usually they would ask/say : "Is that all ma'am?" or "Thank you and see you soon" or something like that. But I let it go and thought nothing of it. so I immediately texted my boyfriend "hey i got to book us na etc etc then gave him the details and address of the place so he can study it.

Then just last night (Feb 13) I called the spa to double check my reservation (cause I wanted to make sure everything was ready for my V-day gift for my bf) and guess what THEY SAID I WAS NOT RESERVED. I was so mad. I booked a week in advance so that I was sure that I would have a slot and these people messed it up. Very unprofessional. They ruined my Valentine's day gift and now all spas etc are booked. I AM SO ANNOYED I SHOULD HAVE JUST RESERVED IN A DIFFERENT SPA. THEY LITERALLY RUINED MY VALENTINES DAY

This spa needs to be repainted. The walls were not very clean. I was in a room where I could hear cars, buses and motorcycles passing by. They did not have relaxing music and the massage was lacking in many ways. The lady who did my massage was inconsistent. She used a just right pressure on the left leg and when it came to the right leg, it seemed like she was just tickling my thigh and foot.

Being a regular waxer, its a nightmare when your usual salon reveals to you that they might stop offering this service at all moving forward.

So I did what any other desperate girl would do, check-out the competition and do comparative analysis.

Their Brazilian costs P1100 guaranteeing lesser pain bec unlike other salons, they use a numbing spray to temper the pain.

Reception was very accommodating and offered refreshments while i wait for my room to get ready.

It was my first every trip to Neo Day Spa and was pleasantly surprised that there's a hidden zen nook just beside the busy BPI Bank and posh dining Champetre.

First thing they do is lead you to the girls locker room which personally i think could use a bigger space. Then they'll hand over your keys, robe and a sealed disposable underwear. You' then be asked to shower bec as post waxing protocol, you cant have the waxed areas wet for the next 24hrs.

Waiting for your turn was a good 5mins wait bec there were only two shower cubicles, to my point the room could use a bigger space.

I got their most expert waxer Alma to do the bidding for my first ever experience with them and she made the experience manageable distracting me with her stories.

And true to their promise, it was indeed less painful compared to regular wax sessions ive done in the past. The actual stripping lasted about 20-30mins. She then offered hot tea once we finished which was really soothing.

I scored then 3 stars bec i think the following things could still be improved:
- definitely bigger locker room
- when i got home and took a closer inspection, found small hair which i know for other saloon were tweezed manually one by one.

Verdict, for waxing service alone I think if you're shelling out this much better go to the more premium waxing salons (like Strip) which really offers value for your money.

Visited this Spa because our usual SPA did not have any availability. The massage was quite good but I really disliked the tiny changing room (had to go into the Sauna when another guest entered the changing room/shower ...).

Tried their detox detox package (P3,600.xx) since I wasn't feeling well the past days.

Arrived and was greeted with an empty lobby. After saying hello?! A lovely receptionist came out and assisted me well. They offered nice ginger lemongrass tea and green tea as well.

Was led to their facilities area first to use the sauna. Very small area. Locker area could only fit 1 person. I literally went back to the sauna after bathing since a person was getting some stuff from her locker. There was a dry sauna, 2 showers with a soap and shampoo (loved the scents of these by the way), 2 toilets, and a sink. I was a member of the Spa at BHS for a year and facilities wise, the spa definitely have better facilities. But ok not bad since it was clean.

Inside the locker: they provided me with a towel, disposable undies, robe, and rubber slippers.

Was assisted to the room after and inside there were 2 massage beds & a jacuzzi with a shower overhead.

What I did:

Detox detox

1. Seaweed bath- was asked to soak for 30 minutes.

2. Scrub - was done well by my therapist. Finally felt all my dead skin got removed!

3. Mud wrap - was applied by hand (some they use a brush) by the therapist. Mud was warm and nice. The smell was not as Strong as other mud wraps I've tried. Was wrap in plastic after and covered with a thin blanket. Preferred to have it with some heating pad or a thicker blanket so I could really sweat it off but they didn't have. Another 30minutes.

4. Lymphatic drainage massage- was good but I guess I really was not feeling well coz I had a major head ache.

Overall, had a relaxing time.. They offered membership via prepaid cards too but declined coz I didn't like their facilities.

Ciao,

This was where we had a spontaneous massage last year, pre-looloo for me...

I loved the tranquil environment and the muted colors... Beautiful! The massage was relaxing but expensive! Staff were friendly and no bug of feeling after!128513

I should have given this 3 stars if it wasn't for their interiors. Seriously the best and suitable interiors for a spa Ive ever seen. But, the massage was horrible. I tried the Qi Tranquility Massage but it turned out otherwise. The masseuse was literally pressing hard on my back that it made me so uncomfortable. Hopefully this only happened to me..

Three days with no Yaya. Coupled with bouts of traffic during the holidays. I've freakin earned it! And yes, I'm one of those cheapskates that got a good deal through Deal Grocer, so all the more is this justified. 128522 Had the same treatment I had the last time, the Zen Bodywork Massage. Let me just say na mas masarap siya at half the price! Hehehe. 128077 My therapist was good. She kneaded my body like it should. And it's just what I needed after Yaya's vacation. And after enduring this morning's traffic to Ortigas. And yes, kahit magbabakasyon ulit si Yaya for 9 days next week, this massage made me say to myself "Ok lang." Yes, it was that good.

Lovely as always. Since my fave branch in wilson is quite far from where i work had to book the massage at the fort branch. Ginger tea is a must have for every visit. Felt so much better yesterday after being sick from wednesday night.

Had a looong day yesterday so decided to go for a massage. The place was a lot nicer and bigger than i thought. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They provide tea, lockers, robes, towels, slippers.. Everything pretty much and the price was P1150 for an hour. Not bad.

The problems i had... This next door to a resto or bar or something and while im getting my massage i can here these drunk ppl yelling and laughing.. If Neo had some relaxing music playing then It prolly would have drowned it out. But nope, its just quite in the room while they massage. Kinda uncomfy, i couldnt fully unwind. Also, the room was to warm even tho we asked them to make it colder multiple times. That with the heavy pressure made me sweat at one point! What the.. Not cool.

This is a nice spa. I come here once in week since it was so near to my apartment. The massage are good. They offer a lot of things to make you relax. I avail their membership where I can get discount and freebies. :)

Massage was so good I fell asleep. Haha! And this doesn't happen to me. Actually this is just the second time it happened. First one was years ago!

Very good masseuse for sure! Good room temperature, too. Not too cold and not too warm.

Their shower/locker/bathroom area was a bit too small though.

Plus I could hear Gangnam Style from I don't know where during the early parts of the massage. That was not exactly relaxing... OPA!

But other than that, I was very happy! Will definitely go back!

Not exactly a spa connoisseur, but I think I know a good spa when I'm in one. This one, although not as luxurious as The Spa, is just right. Had their signature Zen Bodywork massage which was 1.5 hours of bliss. Pluses: their assortment of tea at the reception (green tea, lemongrass & strawberry tea), quality and choice of treatments (wide selection that can rival the Chi Spas, the Mogambo Springs & Mandala Spas of this world). Minuses: can get packed, surprisingly, with lots of tai tais on a weekday. Bathroom a bit small. But nevertheless, I enjoyed this experience because of the massage. In my little Spartan way, this is how I gauge a massage: no pain = good massage while with pain = bad massage. It was an awesome massage experience.
