No fancy thing about the place. Just really really delicious lumpia for P50.

Add this place to your bucket list when in Binondo. Guaranteed no disappointment.

Best soup I have had in a long time. This was my very first visit to New Po Heng and I was just BLOWN AWAY by all the comforting goodness I was surrounded in!

We had the Maki Mi Noodle Soup with steamed dumplings and served in a light and clean fish broth. The noodles were good, very springy and the bowl was pretty large and could feed two people. The dumplings were alright, not the greatest, they sort of reminded my of the frozen ones you can cook at home, it was okay.

I do recommend their Lumpia (fresh vegetable spring roll), it was really, really good! The sauce that comes with it is tasty and really helped round the flavors up because there was just something about it that seemed a little different (in a good way) than the other fresh vegetable spring rolls that I've had.

This place is definitely one of those little hole in the wall places that's a must! Again, they don't try to complicate the food. Simple, good, and affordable. Just what me and my friends wanted.

Cheers,
Mickey

A hole in the wall but with a nice open-air courtyard in an old art deco building. The lumpia is good - tasty and filling.

When you visit Binondo, do not forget to try Fresh Lumpia in New Poheng. Very delicous for only 50 pesos. I really love its crunchiness! It is 90% veggies and 10%meat!

The location is not that nice though since it is old but still, I wouldn't mind eating fresh lumpia everyday if its New Poheng's Lumpia! So good. 128077

To eat healthy is the key to a longer life. Their lumpia is very delicious and a complete meal by itself. Priced at 50.00 a good value for your money. Good job.

Yummy and healthy lumpia! This lumpia is 90% vegetable. How to eat: you put some of the brown sweet sauce, some of the hot sauce, ground peanuts, some of the toasted rice noodles with seaweed and spread it on the lumpia before taking a bite. My description when I tasted it was it's like something black was filled with a lot of color. It was that good!

To get to the place, you have to get inside a building on a street on the left of Binondo church.

Our whole extended family had a Binondo Food Trip today... We braved the rain, the traffic and the busy streets to sample the culinary treats Chinatown has to offer... 127883127887127886

We met up at the Binondo Church, which our family (4 of us) had a difficult time finding! Parking was difficult, so get there early... We started of at this resto, inside a pink Art Deco building, right at the first floor... And we came for the famous fresh lumpia!!!128077

Please be reminded when you undergo this tour-- walang maarte!!! Please lang sa mga naghahanap ng ambience or mag-cocomplain about the chairs or something... You go here for the tasty cheap food! The ambience is the magulo and fast paced Binondo! Wear comfy shoes, bring an umbrella, and leave the valuables behind! Then you are ready to go!128522

We ordered several pieces of the lumpia and they made it pretty fast! It was fun to watch them make the lumpia! They were very adept and fast! The lumpia is made of fresh veggies with sugar and garlic... Very yummy with or without the sauce! Super sulit at P50 each!128077128077128077 just enjoy the lumpia then go to your second stop!128522

P.S. Kainis si ate, hindi marunong mag-picture! Oh, and the rest roomies relatively clean!128513

I don't mind eating lumpia everyday as long it's from New Po-Heng Lumpia House. It's like parang maliit carinderia lang (haha kumo-conyo lang) pero sobrang yummeeeh! Nakakaadik, mahilig kasi ako sa veggies pero parang may ingredient na hindi ko maexplain na ay ewan basta masarap! 50php only!

Limited food selections, but it won't matter, because it offers the best lumpia ever @ php50 only :)

Joined the Big Binondo Food WOK last Saturday by Ivan Dy and this was our first stop. It's tucked in a nondescript alley across Carvajal street.
We tried their fresh lumpia as our 'appetizer' and it was good! I've tried the ones in the mall and Max's but this one is totally different. The meat and veggies are minced really finely and the wrapper is very thin, almost like a crepe. It's not drenched in sauce like in other restos but rather you can add sauce (hot sauce, sweet sauce and fresh garlic) a little at a time. Will definitely go back here next time we're in the area!
