Flying to Iloilo today.
Arrived 1 hr before boarding time the queue went smooth.
The airport isn't so big and a lot of passengers were sleeping as in literal na nakahiga sa chairs so ang hirap maghanap ng uupuan. Anywah the bathroom is pretty neat and may bidet. There is even a laptpp station... overpriced lang talaga food sa airport as usual. There are a lot of closed restaurants during wee hrs.

Reich is going places.

Terminal 2 is smaller than 3 and there are limited choices for overpriced food.

Wifi is not reliable.

Place is clean though.

Philippine Airports are simply so far behind from the rest. It's been awhile since I last flew PAL but clearly not much has changed with the terminal.

The comfort rooms are so limited that there is always a long line that reaches outside the comfort room128513128513128513128513 I had to visit my Uncle who was at the lounge because I couldn't take it anymore.

The food choices super limited. Also they have a long line especially the ones with the decent food like Cafe France.

Now, they do have water dispensers available to those who want a sip of water. They have hot and cold options and paper cups available for use.

The internet was fast but you were only given about 2 hours of use before it expires.

Food options are very limited and the entire terminal is in need of a major renovation if it wants to be at par with the brand that they are trying to project.

PAL service is very unsatisfactory and the planes are old. The seats and benches are old and rickety as well. Para na syang terminal ng bus. Soshal na bus but bus pa din.

Just got back from our HK trip. Immigration lines were surprisingly short - although that may be because we had quite a long walk from where the plane parked so other passengers were lagging behind. Bathroom was clean. We got our baggages fast too. Wifi is also good. 128518

Currently waiting for our flight to Hong Kong. The services have improved - most notably their wifi, which is pretty fast now compared to before. Lines weren't so long too, which is nice. If you want to use the bathroom, I suggest using it before going inside the area with the boarding gates because the lines there (especially for the ladies) aren't as long.

On my last flight out there last October, there were two restrooms available already! Yeyyyy! Asenso na! 128540Finally. Still, not a good terminal to be in if your flight's delayed as the food options are quite sad.

My experiences in this particular terminal have all been great.

In my most recent "visit", was able to use their available work station for people with laptops. They were able to provide nice desks with outlets and comfortable seats.

I also noticed that they have a special waiting area for pwd! Good job :)

That's it. Take care everyone!

Presenting the only restroom here in this God-forsaken terminal (not counting the one at the Mabuhay Lounge of course). Seriously, up to now?! PAL naman, give your passengers another restroom for crying out loud. 128545

Preferred this over terminal 3. It's less crowded, though few choices of place to eat.

Went there on a Wednesday morning about 11am and surprisingly there weren't a lot of passengers. So baggage drop off (and even normal check-in) line was short. A good measure to the number of people was it one could easily get seats in Café France - and we did! Upon entry! 128514

Thanks, PAL for this yummy complimentary snack going back to Manila.

Thanks for the good service too despite we've waited so long inside the plane before we departed. 128553128553128553128553128553

Your home in the sky! 9992️ NAIA Terminal 2 caters Philippine Airlines alone which is very convenient as I only fly via PAL. I actually like this airport except for the unnecessary long lines at the immigration for midnight flights and sometimes long lines at check in counters too. Sometimes they have special lanes for those who web check-in already so make sure to do that. They have clean comfort rooms with a variety of kiosk for snacks. However, no Starbucks yet unlike Terminal 1. But they do have Cafe France and Kaya Toast for snack grabs. But, again for midnight flights; food stocks can be limited. They have wifi, and would usually air NBA games which I love. And the best thing about the airline maybe not the airport is that I have yet to experience any delayed flights. So, keep it up! 128522
