Salmon and Octopus Sashimi. 10084

**their salmon sashimi was the best one I have eaten.. Has that creamy melt in your mouth consistency.

*we also ordered Ebi Tempura, Uni sushi and wakame. All were amazing.

Can't wait to go back and try the other resto's in the area.

Our team (17) ate here today after playing bowling.
Worst service, di kami binigyan ng electric fan (nakadalawang hingi kami) - to think ang dami namin and nasa labas pa kami nakaupo.
None of us enjoyed our food. Except the tokoyaki we bought from the other establishment.
I personally ordered Katsudon. Ang tigas grabe!
To think yun pa pinakamatagal nag arrive pero parang minadali pagkaluto. ☹️

Another stop on my Little Tokyo soujourn. I walk in, check out what the japanese people are eating (and read looloo reviews 128521) to see what's hot, then dig in! For Nodasho (or Noda-ya?), i had to make 2 visits to try their tenzaru soba (cold noodles and tempura - hitting 2 birds with 1 stone 128521) and their chirashi sashimi don.

If i'd go back, it'd definitely be for the sashimi! The king salmon sashimi tasted really fresh and had that almost creamy consistency that i almost melted with every bite. 127843

The best sashimi I've had so far! We also ordered their miso soup, Edamame and California maki. Was fun to be seated near the chefs. Service is good and food was served promptly and at the right temperatures. Would like to try seating Japanese style next time.
A bit pricey for dinner for 2 persons but you'll definitely won't go home disappointed.

An amazing Japanese feast. It was pricey at 1250 for a dinner for two but we got the following: futo maki, tuna belly maki, cold soba and ramen. A good deal all in all for the authenticity.

Looking for real authentic Japanese food? Try dropping by Little Tokyo along Pasong Tamo Makati. It's a small, almost hidden, compound with a number of Japanese restaurants being flocked by Japanese nationals. Japanese lanterns and banners adorn the facade of the restaurants, with strings of lights hanging over the zen garden in the middle of the compound.

After checking out all the menus, we decided on Nodasho. Almost every table was occupied by Japanese diners so this restaurant must be good. We ordered our usual salmon sashimi (very fresh and big pieces) and tried octopus sashimi for the first time. We got two orders of Ebi Tempura-- tasty and very crispy, plus the sauce is really good (far different from all the tempuras I've ever tasted, this is the best!). Pork Teppanyaki is good and not dry. Of course I didn't pass up the chance to try their Miso Ramen-- simple, flavorful and very filling.

Service was quite slow and it's kind of hot to be seated outside the resto beside the garden area (summer!).

Overall dining experience was great! And we vow to be back to try all the other restos in Little Tokyo. 128076🇯🇵

Part 2 of date night with wifey!

We started here since Seryna was full. We opted for a light dinner because we new we were going to EAT around so to speak.

We ordered a miso soup. Salmon roe sushi and uni sushi, tempura and spicy salmon roll. The miso soup was excellent as well as the sushis. Wifey said the tempura was good but nothing compared to her favorite at ginzadon. The roll was ok.

Not our favorite but will still be back!

With so many good restaurants... I feel like it's a sin to be eating here too much

Salmon sashimi(450) heavenly as always

Ebi tempura (420) amazing crisp batter & plump tasty Ebi

Ebi fry maki(330) typical ... Not a stand out

Chorizo sausage (260) my staple fave on here.. Must try its burst of mild spicy flavor best with a bottle of asahi127867

Tori yaki (100/stick) gooooood

Katsu curry rice (560) the spiced curry balance out with the creamy coconut milk base is ridiculously delicious plus the succulently juicy meaty katsu.... Omg

It's one of the places here that transport me straight to Japan's authentic food & drinking street scene.... very close to the real one ... Once u go inside the thin sliding door & sees the sashimi counter brings me straight to tsukiji market but service here is more courteous by a million times.. Lol.. Guess they're just too busy in Japan to hv time to be friendly 128560

Nodasho is one place that serves affordable quality raw, roll, grill & cooked dishes

I always order their kampachi(580) & salmon(450) sashimi... Color & texture is so beautiful & spoils the tastebuds with its buttery creamy goodness

Edamame(95) always a nice appetizer while waiting for other dishes to come

Ebi fry maki is quite good (330) u can really taste the prawns in each bite ... But no wow factor

Unagi oishi zushi(800) my friend's fave thou I don't really like this dish & at times even finds the unagi kinda fishy

Kani cream konoke(330) 2 pcs of creamy kani type croquette but richer in taste and crispier breading like that of the typical tempura

Ebi tempura (420) was typical, nothing fancy about this dish but it nicely fried , crisp yet moist & tender plump inside

Chahan (150) tasty & service size was appropriate

Will be coming back often to try the others on the menu 128525

Chose this for our spontaneous little tokyo dinner! Had a difficult time making a choice but this seemed like a good decision... Guess I was wrong.

Extensive range of food choices but pricey considering the serving size.

Why 3 stars? Cos of the crappy service. Waitresses are really snooty and give rude answers to questions. Guess im staying with good ol' omakase.. But willing to give Izakaya kikifuji or seryna another chance 128523

After a month's vacation, I am back!!

First review after my break. Hmmm. First thing I noticed is their not so friendly and seem to be tamad waitresses. I have been to Japan and their hospitality isn't reflected when serving us or attending to our needs. Very contradicting to them being in 'Little Tokyo'. About the food, we ordered chicken karaage, the rice cake, salmon sashimi, puripuri salad, yakisoba, and tonkatsu.

Not really that impressed with their food. Just okay for me. The service may have added to my disappointment. 128563128532

If you are looking for authentic Japanese food, go to Little Tokyo in Makati. Normally, our default is Kikufuji, but since it was full, we went to Nodasho just behind it.

Nodasho is more pricey, but also more private. Stepping into the restaurant will transport you to Tokyo. The vibe is authentic Japanese, including the television that broadcasts Japanese TV, the old Japanese chef at the counter, the largely Japanese expat clientele, the sake bottles, the sliding doors, etc. It is like those small restaurants in small alleys in Japan.

We ordered curry odon, okonomiyaki, california roll, puri puri salad rolls, tamagaoya and salmon sashimi. The salmon sashimi was a winner. Thick cuts, fresh, creamy. So I highly recommend this.

The menu is quite expansive, including really expensive stuff like chuturo tuna sashimi at P1,800 for 6 pcs., wagyu beef, etc. So look at the price before ordering to avoid surprises.

They also serve affordable lunch sets at P350 of sashimi or tempura and a special, which is wagyu burger. This is something I like to come back for, or their yakitori with probably an ice cold Asahi beer.

Shabu-shabu kind of night. Must try for the jap food lovers out there. 128522 Would've given this 5 stars if only I'm a fan of Japanese food, but I'm really not. Haha!
