This branch is better than in gateway because it's less crowded here. I always order their Lapu-lapu hot pot and Honey lemonade. 128077

My tita wanted some good Chinese food and she didn't want to wait long so we went here.

North park has always been a favorite of ours and they usually don't disappoint.

I got their lechon macau with fried rice and one order of their siomai. For drinks i had their fresh lemonade.

Their house tea is free, so suck on that gloria maris. Lol128541

Anyway the lechon macau was served with asado sauce and i think pickled cabbage.

The lechon skin was so perfectly crisp and the meat was so soft and it wasn't too tender. The asado sauce proved to be a good complement for the saltiness of the lechon. While the pickled cabbage was the one that prevented the "umay factor".

While the siomai was alright. Nothing fantastic about it. And the lemonade wasn't too sweet or too sour.

The only thing that irked me was how warm it was inside, i couldn't take the heat until i told the waitress to turn on the ceiling fans. That was the only time that she switched them on. I understand sa pagtipid sa electricity but she could've at least turned the fans on when we got there.

Ordered for take home - Wok fried Lapu lapu in superior sauce. One of the signature dishes. I am not sure if I am not having it the way it should be eaten but I was pretty disappointed. The sauce did not seem to be any special. Just some kind of chili with soy sauce and calamansi. The taste of the fillet is just plainly salty. I may just have expected too much, so I could be wrong. Please share your thoughts if you have any.
