Finally a yoga place that's near our area 128079

It's been a long time since I've done yoga and I decided to go back for exercise purposes. This place is a new yoga place (almost one year) thats beside Celebrity Sports.

✔️ AMBIANCE - I love how chill and relaxing this yoga studio is. Upon entering the studio, you can instantly see a mini glass waterfalls which creates this zen look. Then when you go inside the training room, you can see how clean it is and yoga mats and other accessories are readily available for those customers who are just starting with yoga or who don't usually bring yoga mats with them.

✔️ TEACHERS - I love how encouraging and friendly the teachers are. They make sure you get to understand how the poses are done correctly. They start to correct you if they've noticed that there's something wrong the students are doing. They also make sure to ask new yoga students if they have encountered any injuries so as to adjust the poses. They get to befriend you in order for them to understand you fully.

✔️ PRICE - I found the price expensive. 500php for walk in. But it was alright for me since you are paying for the experience and the owners truly exceeded my exceptations on this studio.

This is a new yoga studio (barely a month old, I think) near where I live. I love that they have night classes but I wish their morning yoga classes weren't so early (6:30 AM!).

It feels great to do yoga again after a 2-year hiatus! Thanks to muscle memory, I remember most of the poses with some correction on my posture.

There are only a few people attending the night classes, which is good because the yoga instructor can focus on correcting/adjusting your poses.

If you want a more intense workout, try the power vinyasa class. It's death by chaturanga! 128010

PS: I got this photo from their Facebook page but I'm in it. :)
