i like obama grill coz the place is just chill (that rhymes, oops). place is good for chillin, with a nice cold beer coz you can use the lounge chairs in the front. i got addicted here actually. me and my friends just kept staring at the beach from their lounge chairs. wasted time just lounging! 128523

food was reasonably priced and the serving was okay. me and my friends were unable to finish our food on both times that we dined here. kinilaw was good, surprisingly i liked it even if I'm not a fish kinilaw fan. the grilled liempo was okay. calamares was okay too. shakes, well just right.

patrons were mostly families, groups and old people. less rowdy teenagers compared to other establishments.

servers were a bit on the slow side but acceptable.

will come back.

Obama burger was huge, the bun were. The patty was small. Way too small for the bun. Taste was ok. Nothing special. Wham burger is way better. And Obama burger costs P303. We also ordered fries for the kids, way too salty so I returned them. They refried it and I urged them to cook a new batch for us. Ridiculous policy for food complaints.

I think almost everything's overrated in Boracay.. But food is okay here, not that disappointing 128516
128076 Good size servings, for sharing
128077 Grilled the right way, moist and not overcooked
128533 The Bicol express was really salty
128513 The grilled tuna head and ribs were good!

Ate here every night since we discovered it. Literally. Loved the grilled tanigue! The music rocks, too! Old school 80's and 90's music!

Bad service. Food took an hour to come. The appetizer came last when we had no more appetite becausel we were already full of the main course. I asked the server about the serving size and told me that its for 2-3 persons only per order. Food came and it looked like it could feed an army of five. Haha ended up having lots of leftovers. What a waste.

If you're craving for grilled food by the beach this is the place to be! We ordered Seafood platter, Liempo, Calamares, and Adobong Kangkong. Really not ideal if you're trying to keep a flat tummy. Heck who can resist grilled goodness? Family rice serving is good for more than 5 people. 128540 Orders take a bit long, maybe cause their grilling them to perfection. 128540 this place has a good view of the beach even if you're eating inside the air-conditioned area. Good job! 128077

Go ahead and Order the seafood platter (prawns, clams, squid an tanigue). Ftw plate. We also ordered kangkong with tuna, liempo and calamares. Panalo din. Their 150php rice is good for 3-5 people. In summary, grilled goodness at its best.

The best place to chill! Obama grill at Boracay Station 1. Only the place where you can sunbathe while eating or drinking. And not too many people. The best place for me during sunbathing time. When it comes to price, kinda cheap for having the best spot :)

Obama Grill has got to be one of the places people go to in Boracay for the inexpensive milkshakes, food, and drinks. Who would have thought that milkshakes could only be a lot cheaper but almost the same quality as Jonah's. The food there is actually pretty good and it's a grill where you'd just want to come back to.

Their bar is open all day everyday, with really cheap but strong cocktails. If I were you, I'd rather buy bottles from Obama than anywhere else in Boracay, because it's absolutely cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

Not only that, they have a really nice location! It's almost at the center of everything going on in Boracay. Besides the fact that it's just beside Paraw, Guilly's and almost everything about nightlife there, it has a great beach right in front of it.

When I was at Boracay I together with my bestest college friends we stayed in the hotel situated in station 2 bounding station 3. Can you imagine how far our hotel was from Obama's Grill. Nevertheless, due to the recommendation of a friend we went there by riding a tricycle (of course).

Food was awesoooomeee!! I loved their bangus belly!! Posted above are few of the dishes that me and my friends ordered. The drinks were of tolerable prices (comparing here of Mnl of course). What we liked the most the fact that we could stay there as long as we want to!!!! I just want to be in Obama right nowwww!!!

What's even more wonderful is that the ambiance of Obama's Grill gave more justice to the beauty of Boracay. My friends and I lived the place so much that it is indeed a must to go back there whever we are in Boracay.

P.S. to whoever is in Bora right now this place is a must try!!! Must experienced placeee!!!

All the love, R.

I've heard about this place from travel readings. After walking a few meters from our place this high noon, we settled to have lunch in this cozy looking place facing the beach of Boracay.

We ordered seafoods from the grill with vegetables and fruit shakes. It was surprisingly economically priced though the place sits along the station 1 of Bora where pricey bars and restos and hotels are. The food is so good!

80PhP for cocktail drinks, i like! After our lunch we stayed there for a Mai Tai, Daiquiri and a couple of Coronas, then took a dip right in front of the resto.

We so loved the place that i am now lounging in Obama's, with my feet on the sand, candle light on the table with Piña Cola in my hand.

Ohhhh, summer nights.
