128139 that kissable lips! hahahah!
oh yes, i just got lucky, they pick me! for that sea lion close encounter... i gave a pat on his back and he rewarded me with a kiss! hahahah, thanks Cai! (yes, that's his name!)

then we hurried to the sea stadium to watch the dolphins perform (OMGeeeeeeee!) i so love dolphins 128044128044128044 and they are so amazing, the skills and talent are way above my expectations (the ones i see on tv, is real! hahaha) they swam and danced to the beat and have an act with their mentor, wherein he flew up up and away! so great! after the show, they took our picture with the dolphin and the crew/staff kept on taking shots, thank you very much! 128536
they offer a very close encounter in which you'll swim with the dolphins, sea lions and even sharks! hahahah.. will try that next time, perhaps!

tip: the food inside..quite expensive but generous servings, so it's good for sharing :) budget your time wisely because the show schedules are a bit close to each other. so what we did was we didn't completely watch each show/act, to be able to get to the next one ahead of time to have a good seat/view. also, the ocean adventure offers a 50% discount for upto 10pax if you have someone from their locality. or a 4+1 admission promo.
admission costs 788php each! food is 200php up per viand, though they have budget package meals, ice cream is 50php per scoop. the close encounters costs 1000php and up!)

Entrance Fee of more or less PHP700+. Discounts were given to Unionbank credit card and Petron Value Card holders. You can get tickets online or over the counter. Activities were vast although not that grand. They have morning and afternoon schedules for the wild animals, Dolphin and Sea Lion shows. There's a restaurant inside if you happen to feel hungry.

I'm never too old for a dolphin show! The whole time we were here, that's what I was trying to explain to tita beng bc she noticed how much fun I'm having after every show!
The first time I went here was when I was in Grade 3. 10 years later I came back and I still feel butterflies after every trick they do! Haha
This time I was hoping I could finally try swimming with the dolphin but since this is an all expenses paid trip by the madam, I didn't insist tho I know she would let me. But there will always be a next time, I can always go back with the boyfie and finally try the "ultimate experience" haha!
As usual the dolphin & sea lion shows were my favorite! They never fail to amaze me. Honestly I can see myself volunteering here to save these animals and be the happiest girl in the world! We'll see tho hahaha

In my previous company, we had a summer outing at the Ocean Park Adventure. In this outing, apart from skipping the swimming part, I discovered several things such as, dolphins make for an uber cool surfboard and they can walk on water (they can even do it backwards), sea lions are big and cute and not to be mistaken for seals, jellyfish sort of glows and is beautiful up close, snake skin is not slimy and wet but dry and rough to the touch, animals can be trained even bats, and if friction-based firemaking doesn’t work just use a friggin’ lighter.

Even though it wasn't my 1st time to visit Ocean Adventure Subic, this would be my 1st review for it.
I would still prefer Manila Ocean Park than Ocean Adventure Subic cause they have bigger aquariums to be seen by people, but what I like about Ocean Adventure Subic are the shows that they have like the dolphin and sea lion show :)

Adult: 650
Child: 520
Senior: can't recall sorry. :)

We got to go there really early and have the advantage of entering first haha. We spent the entire morning watching show after shows. The show that I really liked was the dolphins doing tricks. The fire dancing was fun too, the Kenyan dancers were really entertaining and full of comedy. The ocean aquarium was okay but a lot smaller than that of Manila's ocean park.

Maybe I was just tired or maybe it was the heat but my experience in Ocean Adventure was hu-hmm

Part 1: Entrance
We got there a few minutes before 10AM. There was already a crowd buzzing at the entrance. We found out that there is only 1 cashier open and there is no waiting area for family or friends, so everybody's there in this 10x10 shade by the cashier. After 20 minutes or so, it's finally my turn then another cashier opened *rolling of eyes here*

Part 2: Shows
We missed the first show for Walk on the wild side 10:15am. So we went for the african acrobats, they were funny and fun to watch. Next stop is the Sea Lion show. That was fun too. Third is the dolphin show at 12:30. That show was the star of Ocean Adventure, fantastic dolphins! Kudos to Mang Kanor too. then we went back for the next showing of walk on the wild side. The shows were great, the waiting for it to start, however, was boring. We had to wait by the stands to reserve seats because if we get there 15 mins before the show, they'll be no more seats.

Part 3. Exhibits
What exhibits? There are a few aquariums and a few creepy crawlies, but that's pretty much it.

Watch out for their watermelon shake, seeds were blended in.

Had a wonderful time in this place. Dolphins, sea lions, acrobats, wild animals etc. My daughter swam with the dolphin and it was the best adventure she ever had. We will come back and have a family encounter with this gentle mammal. But first I must save up for this, too pricey for this adventure. 128517128044

Kids and adults will surely love going here. Just 2 hrs away from the metropolis via SCTEX. I love watching dolphins and the sea lion as they entertain you with their tricks. I also love how they teach the audience to value sea animals and take care of our environment. There are other shows to watch for and the entrance fee is sulit talaga..128515128077128077128077

My mom pestered me for days just to go here. And I'm not a fan of long rides to anywhere. But for the sake of my baby sisters who haven't been here yet, fine.

The attractions were just fine. I think my sisters would've enjoyed Zoobic more.

The thing with this place is the overcrowding. They don't have enough seats for all the people they let in. So eventually there were tons of people standing in the aisles.

There are two schedules per day, the morning and the afternoon sched, and let me tell you, it's scorching hot by noon that you'd die! So it's better to get the afternoon sched if you want to actually enjoy. 128539

Been here twice years back and I should say the ampitheaters and the animal shows greatly improved this time. Speakers were world class except for the Balancing Act who was like eating his words ao it wasnt underatandable but performance level and acting was admirable. Hesistated to bring my boys again but the improvements on the shows made it all worth while. Now they just need to focus on the exhibits and the quality of the exterior (passageways and other artractions). But relatively a great day spent with my boys and worth it to visit again for those who came more than 5 years past.

I was supposed to give 4 stars. But I changed my mind. I'm giving them 5 stars mainly because their interactive programs and activities are really educational. Good for the kids. 128077

Here are my tips for ocean adventure:

1. Go early, you should be there by 9:30-10am since the first show starts at 10:30 but there will be a line already. Was there at 9am. When on our 3rd show started - past lunch time there were so many people already who came for the afternoon shows, so the morning and afternoon people already combined, so walk fast so you can get good seats.

2. Bring lots of water, you'll need it. Also bring an umbrella along

Ticket cost is 550 for adults and 440 for kids. If you swim with the dolphins it costs 4k+ yup that's four thousand bucks and the foreigner before me paid for 5 people. Hehehe

Anyway before you enter the guard will inform you that no food, candy, or any sharp objects be brought inside, only water is allowed. My samurai umbrella was allowed though.hahaha

Once you go in the ticketing personels will give you a copy of show schedules, there are 4 shows w/ 3 different time slots. The shows are:

1. Walk on the wild side
2. Balancing act
3. Sea lion show
4. Dolphin show

I enjoyed all the shows specially the sea lion show since the volunteer who did all the challenges against simba the sea lion was soooo game. Funny since on his last challenge he fell inside the pool. Yes people he fell. Hahaha wish I had video'd the whole show. He was sport and was given free set of clothes from the gift shop.

The only downside is you have to eat at their expensive cafe and sadly the food is just so so.

But overall it is a fun place and reduce, reuse, recycle! :)
