Great hotel with infinity pool. Love their food as well.

Ocean Suites is a great place to stay but not the best choice.

First up is their service, too lax that it seems they are just playing, when you ask them something 80% of the time the answer I got was "wala raba ko kabalo ana maam, ako sa ignon ang in charge ( I dont have any idea about that maam, I'll ask the incharge). Like, arent they oriented to the facilities of their workplace?

Pool is too small, but I love their outdoor furnitures. If you're the IG type of person this Hotel can give you IG feed worthy photos.

Rooms for me are good enough, but if you request for a king size bed they'll just put together the 2 double beds and tadaaaaaaa a KING SIZED BED128514

Good food with reasonable service.

Since Im a local, transportation for me isn't that big of an issue but hey if you're adventurous enough grabing a multicab, jeepney or tricyle. Just ask the hotel employees for the usual fare. Shuttle service was soooo bad I wanna cry 128514 seriously, flight got delayed for an hour, when we called up the hotel upon arrival for their shuttle service they just told us to take a commute from the airport to their hotel because their hotel transport vehicle is on its way to the seaport. ok fine bye 128514

and yes you'll get a view of the sea but no beachfront.

Have a great stay at Ocean Suites Boutique Hotel.

This was our home in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. After a relaxing stay in Panglao, we moved to this hotel to see more of the island. It has a nice view by the pool and it's right next to the Blood Compact Shrine. 128522

I wouldn't say it's accessible though. In general, transportation in Bohol is rather difficult. There are not a lot of public transportations available and when you hire a private car service, it's super duper expensive. 128563

The hotel's still nice though. They only have twin beds for each room so if you want to have a king size, they'll just join them. A bit awkward but ok nonetheless.

The breakfast included was in buffet style which was nice. I thought it'll just be plated. The selection of food was not that bad either. They even had a live omelette station. 128077🏼

Price-wise, I wouldn't have booked here if it weren't for the Deal Grocer promo. We got it cheaper than published rates thanks to the group buying website. The inclusions of the package were not that bad either.

Would I come back? Maybe, but this hotel won't be my top choice. Nice to have tried, but probably just one of them hotels you would only visit once. 128517

Check-in is a challenge as its cramped place cannot accomodate many guests lining up for service.

Coordination between frontdesk and kitchen is non-existent as we reserved a table for 10 for a bbq dinner and we arrived at the poolside, nobody was aware of our reservation.

No elevators!

Bad acoustics as you can hear people running around the corridors.

Free shuttle service to airport should be well coordinated, our driver came to pick us up late than scheduled.

Over priced and over hyped hotel in my opinion.

In love with this view128525128536. Though the hotel is not that grand and spaceous unlike the other hotels we stayed in, Ocean Suites hotel has a great infinity pool view! The room is wide enough for the both of us and they have cute furnitures and interiors128525. Our breakfast is overly yummy as well and still buffet type! Hahaha. The staff is attentive. Money wise, we got the room for 2200php with breakfast buffet. Pretty much affordable and reasonable.

There was a rat inside our room!! 128078

We checked in last March 13,2015. We went out at night and came back at 2am. While fixing our bags, a rat came running around the room. We freaked out! We called up the front desk and she was really nice. She tried the best that she can to help us since we wanted to transfer rooms and she asked some help with the guard.

We transferred to a smaller room but with a view. It was okay considering that it was at 2am and it was the only room available.

In the morning, buffet ends at 10am. We went there at 9:45 and the girl assigned at the buffet gave us a look like she cant believe we were going to eat when they were close to closing. The whole time we were eating, it was uncomfortable cause she was just staring at us waiting for us to finish.

One stylish and contemporary resort right beside astoria Bohol and the blood compact site. Room I got was huge with great floor to ceiling views of the ocean and panglao island. The location is about 10 minutes away from tAgbilaran airport so it is convenient as well. My only comment is the pool is too small that when 4 people are there it's full already. Plus the staff do not know how to answer questions and inquiries of guests it is so disappointing. They didn't have a van to take me to Alona beach anymore so I asked what alternatives there would be for transportation. They told me to take a tricycle and that it was safe. Being new to the place I said sure why not. What they failed to tell me was that it would take about an hour on the tricycle to get To Alona beach. I was so pissed off at them as not only was it a waste of time, it was painful for the body and expensive at that. I was made to pay 700 pesos for the 2 hour trip back and forth from Alona beach. Bad bad bad trip. The room bathroom is so tiny you can do 2 things at the same time. Use the toilet and shower. That's how small.. And the huge cabinet is beside the bed so you can't get things from the cabinet which was clearly misplaced. Hopefully after a few more months they can improve on what is a resort that has so much potential. The other negative is that there is not beachfront to speak of at this hotel which sucks.

I really like the ambiance of this place. Especially at night time. You can feel the breeze of the air coming from the sea.

They have swimming pool on the ground floor which is the best area for dining if you are planning to have swimming.

I tried their Bagnet which is one of their best sellers. It was crispy and tasted really good but the small cut @ P300 is not worth it. The side veggies are bland.

I also tried their Pancit Canton which is another best seller but it was too salty 128542.

I'm giving them extra 1 star for the excellent service. The crews are very accommodating and the serving time was quick. Their bathroom is also nice and clean.

I'm coming back to try other options especially their burgers and cakes.
