1. Beautiful and elegant Tuscan-style hilltop restaurant at Thunderbird Resorts here in my hometown Binangonan, too beautiful I guess that it sort of intimidated me hehehe. Not used to eating at ultra-posh restaurants. Our seat offered us a great view of the golf course.
2. We would have ordered pizza but we learned that since it was still morning, breakfast was the only available item. We were kind of let down, but no choice! We were hungry.
3. As far as I remember we ordered Continental and American style breakfast. Just bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, bread, butter and brewed coffee but good thing there was also fresh fruit.
4. We paid a lot for a simple and ordinary brekkie + ambiance which is understandable.
However, we were really disappointed as we expected to try their brick-oven baked pizza. Maybe next time we'd go up there in the afternoon for lunch hahaha (parang ang daling pumunta sa Thunderbird lol). One extra star for the place! I just loved it. Malamang mas maganda to sa gabi for a romantic dinner date but Thunderbird is too elevated and secluded to go there unless you have a car.

In fairness, Olives is consistent for their soups, which is really good. For their other foods, in general it is delicious, especially their roasted salmon, and their pasta with zuchinni, just forgot the name haha!
The pricing is not that expensive compared to restaurants at hotels in the metro.
However, for their breakfast buffet, the selection is very limited, but is quite enough since the basics are there such as bread, butter, fried rice, eggs, corned beef and alike.
