Spent mother's day here because my mom craving for some steak and this one was nearby.

Got here at 11 and we were the first customers but the place was all cute with pink balloons and flower crowns on their servers.

It took us quite a while to decide on the orders but our server was suggestive and patient with us. I went with a half order of chicken quesadilla and the aussie cobb salad.

The salad was a bit too saucy even if it was a bit bland, ranch sauce came along on the side but didn't put it all in as it would drown in sauce already. It was a big serving with the grilled chicken on top, i could've had that only an be okay but there was that need for more taste.

Quesadilla tasted great, fried crisp to the bite and their honey mustard was the perfect dipping sauce for erything.

Service was really goo too. And their manager approached us to check on how the food was and was very polite.

Only downside to that visit was the price but i think the steak is worth coming back for. Just tried a bite from my moms steak but enough for me to want to get my own slab next time.

Did you know that steak is not the only thing good in Outback? 128522

For starters, their complimentary brown bread which looks like chocolate but is actually not, is really, REALLY good especially when slathered with their special butter. 128522

We went to blow our vouchers that we got from Deal Grocer (actually, my girlfriend did, I just knew about it when she asked me to print the vouchers 128514). It was 2 vouchers worth 1,000 but was only purchased for 600. Not bad, eh? 128522

We opted to go for the Aussie Chicken Cobb Salad, the Beef Tips with Mushrooms, and the pasta with white sauce and shrimps.

AUSSIE CHICKEN COBB SALAD (499) - we chose the grilled chicken instead of fried and with caesar as dressing. It was good, but I have to say that Roadhouse's chicken cobb is better because it has more leaves and eggs. 128513

BEEF TIPS WITH MUSHROOM (699) - tenderloin tips sliced into cubes with a special sauce and 2 sides. We chose the loaded potato and the steamed veggies as sides. The veggies were overcooked, but the loaded potato was awesome. What i want to highlight though is the beef which was very tender and flavourful. I asked for an A1 sauce but I wasn't able to use it. 128522

PASTA with Shrimps - my companion said it was called Tomodoro but I'm not sure if it's correct. Pomodoro does not sound correct as well because it should be tomato-based if it was. But the sauce was cream-based. And the only other ingredients were the pasta, shrimps, and the parmesan. It lacked a lil bit of oomph so I drizzled it with pepper.

We also had bottomless iced tea.

Our bill amounted to 2k+ but since we had vouchers, it was just 1k++. Not bad. The food was good, the service was excellent, and truthfully, in comparison to other quality steak houses, their steaks are very reasonable. 128522

Decided to use their priority card before it expire. The place was well lighted and smelled fresh. Ordered their SEASONED AND SEARED PRIME RIB , seasoned and slow-roasted prime rib hand-carved to order and then seasoned and seared to perfection. Served with traditional au jus and loaded baked potato and baked sweet potato as sides. Add to this a half rack of baby back rib, a fall off the bone rib, succulent and saucy, rib was smoked, grilled to perfection and brushed in tangy bbq sauce, served with fries...ordered also their TOOWOOMBA PASTA, grilled shrimp, mushrooms and parmesan with fettuccine and light tomato cream sauce.

The baby back ribs can be a bit dry, you have to request for their BBQ sauce to get the full experience.

Nothing special with the Kookaburra wings or the Timowoomba Chicken(?).

But I have to say their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. We ate here for Father's Day and they were very accommodating and made sure our meal was very special. The manager would also go around, making sure everything is going well.

Outback's signature dessert! The chocolate thunder from down under and New york cheesecake. Both were sooo good! 128077 While for the steak, it's not that special, I would only rate 3 but since they have to die for dessert, I rated 4 128513128513128513

My favorites:

✅ Victoria's Filet 6oz Php999
- thick, tender, and juicy piece meat

✅ Chix on the Barbie Php399
- 3 big slices of grilled chix breast (my fave part of the chix) served with veggies! perfect!

Service is commendable!

It's been more than a decade since I last had some good old Outback and it looks like I'll drag my family here more often because of their Toowoomba chicken (with sautéed shrimp and button mushroom in cream sauce)!!!! Just reading the item on the menu made me... 128539128539128539128539128539128539 The fries that came with it weren't bad either! I originally planned on giving this dining experience 3 stars 'cause of their sucky service but I don't know... The chicken was too good!!!

Craving for charcoal grilled food, I decided to dine in Outback in Blue bay walk. It has the typical American resto feel, with televisions and orange lights, which I like.

The spinach artichoke was okay, it is still icomparable to Cibo's really delicious artichoke. The grilled porkchops and buffalo wings were incredible, especially the porkchop. The porkchop was rather big, and it is enough to make you full.

Late late 128513128513

The manger on duty went to our table to check if everything is ok. We were given a managers discount because we give the steak a bad review 128540 but honestly for me nothing amazing, just a thought.

Although the staff is accommodating 128522
