This place is becoming one of our go to places for lunch. Who wouldn't say no to all day breakfast anyway? 128513

Julie J went ahead of us to reserve seats. It usually gets full during lunch break so better to go earlier if you can.

My staple order is their spaghetti with meat sauce but so sad I can't have it yet. I just watched Yina M enjoy her pasta. HUHUHAHA! No fried chicken either. #laslas 128514128546 I was torn between getting a sandwich or an omelette, but the latter won. Chose the mushroom omelette with two slices of toast and side salad. I was suprised when my order arrived, it was huge. Not bad for P151. The omelette was fluffy and generously filled with mushrooms. I only finished half of it and had the other half wrapped for takeout. I just didn't like that it was TOO OILY! Even the plate had oil on the sides, they didn't even bother to wipe it before serving. 🙄

For all those times i missed NBs, this week just made it bawi!! I'm glad to have spent time with Julie J and Carla M because there is just no judgement as to how hungry we were.

Today, it was Julie J's turn to be hungry. I had two breakfasts, which qualifies me as a hobbit and in return, made me have a light lunch. I ordered a regular spaghetti with meat sauce P160? I don't remember. This is my absolute favorite in pancake house! It trumps their chicken! I could have this in a size for sharing and finish it! Yea, yea, no surprise there! Carly also agrees that this is one of her fave spaghettis, too. Funny how Julie's never tried it. When she did she said it compares to the spaghetti at Makati Supermarket and Uni-mart. Hahaha! That's pretty accurate! I just wish they didn't cut the noodle and cook it long pa rin. Surprised that the food came quickly. It lacked a bit of oil in the sauce today but i didn't mind.

We had different orders today and all worth it! 150 na ba? 128522

Pancake house

I love pancakes, waffles, and milkshakes. Whenever i feel like eating tacos, i also head to this place.

The verdict:

Place: The place is vibrant with its orange paint. Waiters are attentive and kind. Pancake house in Greenbelt 1 is big enough with less crowd.

My food recommendation:

Feeling hungry? You can try their awesome special sets ranging from Php 260 to Php 310++

All day breakfast is also available.I highly recommend their classic pan chicken with its special gravy, you'll surely love the crispy chicken.

Want something sweet? Try their waffles, pancakes, and of course who doesn't want vanilla or strawberry milkshake?

Want something lite? Then get a bowl of salad or tacos on the go!

Price: Worth it, around Php 300-400 per head. Pancake house serves generously, you can share it with someone. :)

-xoxo

Lunch with the buds Julie J and Carla M at Pancake House. I got the house special set that had spaghetti, chicken and a fiesta taco. It sounds like a kiddie meal but isn’t. We were starving and the food came out in 25 minutes. It was worth it. The pan chicken was crispy and the spaghetti was a hit. I found the taco shell to be quite soft though, am not sure if this is how it really is now because the top portion was crunchy. There was no room for dessert yesterday so we took our separate ways.

It's a Pan Chicken kind of Tuesday. 127831

I usually order their Spaghetti with Meat Sauce but opted for a 2-pc Pan Chicken this time. Crispy, crunchy skin + tender chicken meat. Not as tasty as Chickenjoy but still so yummy. No wonder this remains as one of their bestsellers. 128523 Yin had the House Special Set while Julie ordered the Pan Chicken Special Set. Busog! 128556

Service was a bit slow though. We had to follow up before they serve us our food. #hangry 128533 But yay for allowing us to choose which chicken part we want. 128077🏼

Great catching up with you two again Julie J Yina M! 128513

The only reason I go to this particular Pancake House branch is because it's across the street from where I work. For years the service has been bad but the food has been consistently good as you would expect from the franchise. Today they were out of so many favorites - they suggested replacements like strawberry ice cream in root bear float (yuk!). Service has improved but now there's an inventory problem? I'm not coming here again.

Used to eat a lot in Pancake House (in Luisita Mall) everytime I go up to and from Baguio to chaperone my students' retreats (around 5 times) last year so I rarely would choose to eat here when in Manila. Unfortunately, my brother was hankering for some pancakes so we had breakfast here today.

To my great dismay, I discovered that they have revised their menu and now my all-time favorite: Perfect Match is no longer in it!

Ordered my Plan B: ham and cheese omelette with a side order of crispy bacon strips. Didn't quite fill my big breakfast craving so I had dessert -- grilled cheese sandwich! Yummy! The cheese melting --- aaaaah! Food coma! 128525 comfort food anytime!

Sorry, no pix, too early for the brain neurons to remember to take any in case I was inclined to review in looloo. 128534128564

Pork Vienna

I love chicken but Pork Vienna always win every time I go to Pancake House. Love the salad on the side particularly the dressing which I use as a dip.

Hawaiian eggs benedict designer chuchu. Basically it is stack of pancakes with forest ham, poached egg and hollandaise sauce which I have no idea about the composition. What I know is this is actually a good selection from Pancake house. I like the presentation and those pineapples are actually sweet and served a little warm and perfectly well with the saltiness of the poached egg and the ham.

I just have one problem with this dish. The vinegar taste is pretty dominant that it pretty much leave an after taste that I don't like. I am not sure if this is the hollandaise sauce or because the poached egg is left in the vinegar for a long time. (-1127775)

Priced at 288 which is quite sulit for me since I am so full after consuming this. Or baka maliit lang talaga yung stomach ko. Joke!

After almost 7hours after the Cashflow Seminar, i was literally starving and my hands are shaking too!..from getting no free snacks in the seminar but coffee!128533

I begged to hubby and sis-in-law that we have dinner first before we head home...128069

And so we walked our way across AIM and inside pH....i just can't wait to have my first bite!

Hubby ordered Spaghetti- a favorite of sis IL, she didn't stop convincing us to try it. It was good! Full of ground pork, loaded with rich Spag sauce...i'm happy we gladly obliged, delicious!

Sis IL had herself Pancake- with creamy sauce with pineapple on the side, forgot how it's called, but she said she's satisfied with it!

Finally i got me a Crunchy Taco, though my heart still longs for T.Bell, i can say i enjoyed this one again. And of course, 2pc Pan chicken, i couldn't imagine myself dining here without having Pan chix..just tastes so good!128523

Yummy beef tapa and warm baked potato. I love how soft and juicy their tapa is although I wish they served it with atchara instead of salsa. Their warm baked potato was too creamy too. Less on the cream and more alfalfa sprouts please.

The servers were nice and polite however it was really hard to call them despite there being 4 of them. Plus, their blender was really noisy. No matter which part of the restaurant you sat at. 128531

Smoked Golden Tinapa with fried egg and plain rice. It comes with a small serving of salsa which complements the lightly smoked flavor of the fish better than the vinegar. I wish they'd serve this with garlic or fried rice instead of plain rice to complete that breakfast feel. Who eats plain rice for breakfast anyway? Maybe they can also throw in a complimentary cup of coffee with the meal.

Oh and I find it strange that the staff asked for all our names. She said they need to input the names in the system, perhaps to keep track of who ordered what. Frankly, I think they should find a better way of tracking orders because not everyone may be eager to disclose their identities or even exert the effort to come up with fake names.

I've only been to Pancake House twice. And there will never be a third time. Pasta is really bad, that I would choose lucky me pancit canton over it. The burger is good but kind of pricey for its kind. Even the breakfast meals are disappointing. Mabuti nalang I ordered red velvet pancakes-- It's not called Pancake House for nothing.

Budget: At least P600 for you and your date.
