Mommy's current favorite restaurant is Pancake House. She liked the Fried Chicken and Omelette last time we ate here so we ordered them again. But since they have a promo (choose any 2 + Iced Tea for 370 pesos), we decided to try that. Perfect since we are with Ony. Enough for the 3 of us. 128513

Choices are the following:
- Spaghetti
- Salisbury Steak
- Pork Belly
- 2pcs Fried Chicken

We decided to get the Fried Chicken and Spaghetti combo. And of course, extra order of the Spanish Omelette. Just had to order it for Mommy! 128517128513

It took them almost 30 minutes (or more 128557) before everything was served. But when they served us with the Fried Chicken and Spaghetti, we were surprised that there is also Grilled Cheese sandwich. So it's a combo! Spaghetti + Grilled Cheese Sandwich and 2pcs Fried Chicken w rice. Super sulit na for 370 pesos plus you get 2 iced teas, as well. 128077🏼 But don't expect that much from their Grilled Cheese (Cheese spread + Mayo + Butter). 128517128530

Then the omelette.. Served with bread and side salad. This is also sulit because the omelette is siksik with veggies, cheese and ham. It's very filling. And most importantly, it was cooked just how I want it. Fluffy and creamy!!! 1285259786

For sulit, affordable, filling and yummy meals, try their current promo. But note that this is only until October 15.

Early dinner w/some breakfast food! 128523 Haven't been here for quite some time so I was pleasantly surprised w/the interior. It was really homey and cold. Good thing the servers were kind enough to adjust it. And the service was really good too! It's my first time trying their longganisa which was good. A little tough and best eaten when dipped in some suka. As for the eggs, one could have it well-done or over easy. I opted for the latter though I bet they could do a scrambled one too. 127859

Dining solo as I killed time before heading off to a meeting in the South. It was a toss up between Pancake House and Starbucks.

I felt like pancakes or waffles today. When I spotted the Bacon Waffle in the menu, I knew that was the one for me. The waffle wasn't that crunchy but I didn't mind as much since I would be drenching it in that sweet maple syrup anyway. It was fluffy and the whipped butter was like icing on a cake. The bacon wasn't super crispy but it wasn't as soft as ham. Plus points for evenly distributing the bacon bits.

I felt comfortable eating alone. There were other people who were flying solo as well. Satisfied with my bacon and waffle fix.

*loved the cute containers for the milk and syrup

Pancakes for lunch! These pancakes are always sulit, especially with these huge bacon strips! The meal is quite pricey at almost P290 but I bet it would be fun to share it with your special someone. Choose brewed coffee for your drink - it comes with a free single refill!

This Pancake House branch has just been renovated with new, cozier interiors. I do suggest you sit on the couch as the individual chairs slide on the floors. You'll notice it when you sit on the individual tables - even the tables slide so don't rest your foot against it!

Ordered the roast beef plate which came with mashed potatoes and some salad greens. I was given a small dressing for the salad, good thing I tasted it first before pouring because it tasted like plain cooking oil. I asked two waiters about it. One told me it was for the roast beef, while the next one said it's the "golden mist" dressing

I still thought it was plain cooking oil what I was served so I asked the manager a 3rd time. I asked if it was supposed to be a vinaigrette dressing and she said yes. So I told her the cook must have forgotten to add an ingredient. She went to the kitchen and brought me a new serving of the dressing which now tastes like- vinaigrette.

And all 3 of them were unapologetic about the whole thing. Still nauseous after tasting cooking oil 3 times today.

It's been a while since I've been to this branch for breakfast. I don't know if it's because of the new brand owners, but it seemed like there were more chocolate chips in my pancakes. My two side orders of country sausage were as good as ever.

Oh yes, I always start off with a taco. Arguably still the best around.

This is comfort food. Happy to be back.

Banana Nutella Crisp Bacon Toast

Nothing special, really. It was OK.

The bread was too salty. It lacked Nutella, in my opinion. The banana syrup was way too sweet. Its only saving grace was the crisp bacon.

After a long night at work. " The Beatles - Hard Day's Night " comes into mind. When we got out of work i invited my mom and aunt for breakfast.

We all decided to deviate from our usual spot in BF. We went to Molitos branch. Since i believe it is near the business district don't expect to be seated right away. Specially in the morning.

Service is ok, depending whom you get it from. I usually ask for the manager to serve us so we got away with top notch service. Thou, i joked around they could use a re vamp of their servers with more pleasing personality.

Food, i have no complaint. As good as ever. In the picture you can see the sunrise pancakes w/ lemon drizzle. Went with a different breakfast than my usual.

Ambience, old diner vibe. Classic.

NO just no.

Why did I even try this place?

Must be something about being so hungry and desperate for food in the morning that makes bad judgement the norm.

I believe this is called the Panwich. Egg sandwiched by pancakes. Kinda like getting the Mcgriddle (not sure if I spelled that right) but better-tasting!!

i wouldn't go for this everyday, but sure is good every now and then!

I loooooove this place! I haven't ordered anything that I didn't end up loving yet.

My favorites are:
Fried Chicken (PhP 184)
2 pieces of fried chicken with rice (but I always get toast and butter with mine for no extra cost!) and yummy gravy. The skin is perfectly crisp and the meat is soooooo juicy! I love this!

Tacos (PhP 110)
The right mix of ingredients in a crunchy taco shell. Perfect!128077

Spaghetti
The best spaghetti I've ever ever EVER tasted.

BLT
Mmmmmm bacooooon!

Their set meals are sulit! You get 2-3 small portions of different dishes and an iced tea for PhP 264 (I think).

Servers are very attentive and food comes out quickly. The place is very clean and has adequate ventilation.128521

Is it just me or ang Bagal ng service sa pancake house? Decided to have lunch there last Sunday and it took about 20-30mins to complete the order. Well, I thought it should be faster since it's pretty straightforward breakfast food. The side of eggs was pretty pathetic too. Haisht

Of all the Pancake House branches (6 or so) in the Alabang area, this is my favorite of all (portion wise). I usually order the Fiesta Taco Salad, Pork Vienna and the Omelette selection. This particular day, they were really generous with my mushroom omelette. Had a really fluffy and cheesy one which was very filling.

I tried other branches and their fiesta taco salad was like a side salad compared to the one they serve here. I wish all the branches would serve food their way.

Sunday drivers are the worst. They take their time and they're not in the slow lane. The ones in the fast lane, think they're fast but really, 80kph? Please.

Got the craving for pancakes and wanted to hit Army Navy, but it looked full. As the name suggests, this is a pancake house. Ironically, i never order pancakes here. This time I ordered the classic country special. Pancakes and sausages with coffee. Photo looks unappetizing as the plating wasn't extraordinary. (Too much master chef!) I now remember why I don't order pancakes here - they are tasteless!! I had to drown it in maple syrup. Took my time eating it too. Being the dork that I am, I enjoyed my game of plants vs. zombies2. Haha.

Badly wanted to satisfy my craving for pancakes but was too lazy to make some and didn't want to have it delivered at home either since the weather today's crazy and I felt bad for the poor delivery guys who still had to do their jobs despite the bad weather conditions. And so I put my hoodie on, dragged my sister along, told myself to be a trooper and just get the pancakes ourselves.

When we finally got there, I already had my mind set on ordering their classic pancakes. But to my surprise they had a new designer pancake flavor called the key lime pancake, which was what I tried. I've seen their other designer creations like the cookie butter and red velvet pancakes, but for some reason both never appealed to me that much. Plus both got mixed reviews so I wasn't really too sold on them. But this one was different, I fell in love with it at first sight and I don't even usually go for anything key lime.

It's basically a stack of mini pancakes (about 5 pcs) with lime flavored custard in between layers, topped with slightly burnt meringue, served with graham crumbles, and a light syrup. It was so pretty to look at and I didn't want to ruin the perfect meringue topping. But more than that, it was unbelievably good!! The tangy lemon custard went well with the sweetness of the meringue which tasted like marshmallow fluff, and the warm buttery taste of their classic pancakes.

I really hope they decide to make this a permanent flavor because it's so yummy and easily likeable by sweet tooths and pancake loving people.128522

When somebody in our family is about to leave the country or has just arrived from abroad, Pancake House is ALWAYS the last/first place we visit for breakfast.

I had the Daing na Bangus yesterday. I always love its flavor, but this time, what was given to me was a little overcooked. I kept on choking on the bangus. I had to chew hard on it to be able to swallow it. Nakakainis tuloy. I hope this is the first and last time I get disappointed with their Daing na Bangus because it's
my favorite pa naman. I don't want to never order it again. :(

Service is quite slow because there's only 3 (at most) servers and the place is always packed.

I ordered the cookie butter pancakes and for 258 pesos, wasn't worth it at all. It was made of 5 layers of miniature pancakes. If you have cookie butter just make them on your own.

Next time I visit, I'll definitely stick with what I usually order.

Don't kill me. I don't go here for pancakes. I always crave for their House Special Spaghetti (Is it even called that? IDK.). It has been 20+/- years and I LOVE IT! It's like going back to an old lola/tita/nanay's cooking.

I remember having a conversation with one Mark Verzo. He asked me why I order SPAGHETTI in a PANCAKE HOUSE. He has never tried it, that's why he asked. He looked at me like I was crazy. And in my vivid recollection, he texted me right after he tried it (a few months after our meal, of course) and told me I was right! HAH!

They're selling jars of their spaghetti sauce, now, ya? I think for P895/kilo.

+They're selling their bangus as well, for P190/pack, if I'm not mistaken.

Ah, my love, my Pancake House Spaghetti. 128525 You're like an old flame who never, ever gets...well, old. *sigh*
