First time to try Paper Moon’s crepe cake. I had high impressions for this one because of all the attention and word its getting.

Peanut got two flavors of their famous Mille Crepe - Ube and Tiramisu. Not a fan of ube but their version had a rich ube taste. The tiramisu-flavored one had a lighter flavor but had a weak coffee taste. I liked the tiramisu better because of its light profile.

We wanted to hangout for a while after the rendezvoos at.Sunnie's Cafe which is just right across. We had a slice of Tiramisu and Ube crepe cakes for sharing. I liked the Tiramisu better but I felt something was missing that unfortunately I can't pin point. I'm not an Ube fan either so that was okay.

Thank you Peanut D for having us on your "Book Club" 9996🤣

To be honest, my cousin who was with me at that time wanted to rate this a 2 out of 5 stars but I was feeling a little generous because the place was well kept and the servers were polite. So the real rating is at 2.5, but I chose to round off haha

We had the Ube Mille Crepe, which costs Php225 if I'm not mistaken. It's a disappointing slice of crepe cake. The crepe layers and the cream actually weren't poorly made. As a matter of fact, they made my cousin wish she opted for the original flavor instead. What disappointed us most was the lack of Ube flavor.

It was there, but it was only like a faint whisper of an aftertaste once you swallowed your forkful of Mille crepe. At Php 225, my cousin felt robbed (and I was really glad I didn't pay for it).

My visit wont be complete without ordering my favorite, Checkered cake (Php250/slice). We also ordered Perfect Pair (Php260) which comes with slice of Mille Crepe and brewed coffee. Then we also ordered Matcha Cheesecake bar. Everything was so good 128523
