I am not really into sweet dishes or desserts but I do make an exception if it is really delicious and if it is my birthday cake.

A special friend of mine surprised me with a mini dark chocolate cheesecake from Patisserie Filipino by Chef Jacqueline Laudico.

Honestly, I like cheesecakes but they are not my first choice. I still like cupcakes or brownies over cheesecakes but when I tasted this one, it was just amazing.

I love dark chocolate so much. I love that bittersweet taste inside my mouth. When I tried it with cheesecake, it was a perfect combination.

Patisserie Filipino has more cheesecakes and chocolate flavors available and these are not simple flavors. They are something out of the ordinary. They have chili chocolate, champorado, and barako flavors. I have not tried any of those I have mentioned but I can't wait to bite into them. I am sure it is delicious as their Dark Chocolate Cheesecake....or even better.

I also heard that these amazing desserts are also available to other Chef Laudico's restaurants. But the chocolates I think are exclusively sold here.

Already tried two cheesecakes here. 128516 the queso de bola cheesecake from our first visit and this one 128070, white chocolate cheesecake. 128515 I prefer the latter. 128525128525128525 I like it moist but not so soft. It's not too sweet either. I think it's more worth it than your Php150 128077128077128077

I love Chef Jac's desserts ever since I tried her Chunky Monkey. I just love she played around with the ingredients and turning it into something superb.

I tried her Dark Chocolate Cheesecake and it is really good. It's sweet but I love the chocolate's texture. I can't wait to try her other products like her unique chocolates like Calamansi, Barako, and Champorado.

Too sweet, too whipped creamy.

What is umay after second bite? Mango Cream Pie.

There's a branch in Eastwood, near Robinsons supermarket.

I loved the Tablea tart pie! It has the right balance of bitterness and sweetness.

What I loved even better was the candle it came with. It lights right back up after you blow it. Sooo cool!

Got this petite cake for my birthday! I specially requested for it as I was curious with Chef Jackie's very own Cheesecake version.

What I loved about this is that the creaminess and saltiness of the cream cheese are really a perfect fit. Its smoothness once in your mouth is just so good. The pie was made perfectly, too! It isn't too frozen nor too soft.

For almost P200.00, this one is a good gift option especially to those in love with Cheesecakes.
