Believe it or not, this is the first time I've set foot inside a casino. I am not much of a daredevil in the gambling department and my simple math skills is not up to par with Hoffman.

Calling Solaire luxurious is an understatement. The high ceilings, interior and the overall King Midas feel is a dead giveaway. It felt like i was transported in a different dimension. One would easily lose the sense of time whilst inside.

My fellow matcha addict that i can find some green tea treats inside the food court. I was surprised to find out that they have a "food court" 128512. Well, it is an upscale one as the price range is between 250 to 350. I scanned the place with my watchful eye and found Pattiserie.

| Green Tea Panna Cotta (Php 155). Albeit the difficulty in taking a good shot of this wobbly dessert, my hard work paid off after i took the first spoonful. Man, this is sooo good. The texture is smooth, you can see your smooth glide through the green hued dessert. And it is not overly sweet and it tastes like green tea.

| Dulce De Leche Cheesecake (Php 150). Another winning dessert! I taste dulce de leche in every bite. This doesn't taste like it came from a food court. This is best paired with a cup of black coffee.

Now i have a reason to swing by Solaire.

Peace Out!

Great croissant - very soft and flakey. The peppermint coffee is so-so; the coffee was bland.

Located in a foodcourt with a few international and local choices.

I've been really sceptical when i bought a pain au chocolat from The Patisserie near the escalator leading up to The Theatre. The prices did not include VAT so be ready to be charged exponentially (with the added service charge) when there was hardly any service rendered.

Since Mom was hankering for something sweet, and with the bad pricing scheme from their counterpart, I was having second thoughts but good thing i gave them another shot, this time their branch at the Food Court. Although the Cheesecake was small, it was big on taste. Their was a faint taste of Cranberry and the cheesecake was the dense type. We loved it! Odd though that it was topped with a Strawberry. Priced at 150pesos. It was the perfect meal ender. Will try and visit the one at the escalator and check out if changes were made.

Go-to section in the food court when they're busy doubling money in the casino. Buy the same things (choco fudge, muffins), and something I said I wanna try, the tiramisu (barako) dessert cup. Coffee lover here so just the thought of coffee already wakes up the happiness in me. But I was kind of disappointed by the lack of flavor. Too much creme and not enough taste of coffee. Meh.
But it's okay, as long as comfy sheets came. I probably won't finish this if I stayed on the dining of the food court.
Other desserts were still good like before.

Solaire's food court was packed with great choices of food. While eating dinner, I remember my girlfriend saying “I need to eat from Patiserrie after this.” And in all honesty I had no idea what the place served.

When time for dessert came, she and her friends ordered from the said place. The food presentation was simplistic and minimalistic, but for some reason it looked really great. I admit I almost forgot to take a picture of it because I already wanted to taste it. The cake, the ice cream, the cookie, and the pana cotta was all great.

The green tea pana cotta was my favorite. It was cheap considering we were dining at Solaire. The balance between the grean tea and the mango syrup was great. The texture wasn't too thick nor was it too liquidy. It was the perfect mix. And for a cheap price, my girlfriend and I were able to share it. There were also pieces of mango in it. It all blended so well in your mouth. You'd want a big bite every time, so that you could get all of the mixture at the same time.

I am a big fan of ice cream, and their mint chocolate ice cream did not disappoint. Good thing it was my girlfriend's favorite flavor. It wasn't too sweet and it had that after taste I want from mint chocolate flavor. And like the pana cotta the volume of the ice cream was a lot considering the price.

The dulce de leche cheesecake was great. Never really had a dulce de leche flavored cheesecake before so I have no gauge on how it scales with others'. I really enjoyed eating it though. It had a good mix of sweet and salty. The flavors played inside your mouth. The texture of it wasn't what I expected but it still proved tasteful.

I highly recommend this place for whoever gets a chance of spending time in Solaire. Good for summer too. Hahaha. #50ksummergiveaway

As mentioned from my previous post, I loved my dessert so much that we came back here after the show! I'm not a big sweets person so for a patisserie to be able to make me go twice in one night is definitely something! 128571

My BF and I had the Dulce De Leche Cheesecake and a scoop of their Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. Once again, I nothing but impressed! The Dulce De Leche was rich and silky and well balanced with the sweetness and slight saltiness from the cheese cake. It was more on the gelatinous type which I was not used to, bit I really did enjoy this dessert. The ice cream was awesome too! It could give Baskin Robins a run for its money, not only for the taste of their ice cream but also for the portion. At Php 90.00, 1 order of the ice cream is composed of 3 scoops in a cup. Definitely surprisingly big than usual! 128571

Will definitely come back for this! 128517

Doesn't take a pretty picture, but this is BEST GREEN TEA PANNA COTTA I HAVE EVER HAD! 128571 The cooked cream was perfectly done with the taste of Green Tea really pronounced, but not too much that it's bitter already. The texture was not too jelly nor too watery too. The sweetness was just right and it went perfectly with the mango syrup and chunks of mango fruit! 100841008410084️ The best part was the fact it was a large portion, but very affordable at Php 150! AWESOME!!! 128571128571128571 I loved their Patisserie Stall so much that after the show, we went back for more, which I will write about too on another review! 128569128569128569

If you want some quiet time to contemplate about the intricacies of this mundane world we live in...indulge and be refreshed with this fruit croissant 128077🏻128521 Had this with brewed coffee and by the time I was done , I was up and about!

Didn't eat in the fast food area, instead had my fill at their branch just outside the casino.

I'd say it was an enjoyable mid-morning break 128077🏻9786

We tried their Brownie Fudge, Caramel Banana Loaf and Chocolate Muffin. The Brownie Fudge is divine and a must try! The Loaf was too sweet white the Muffin needs more sweetness. Best served with Coffee.

Because energy wanes in the wee hours, we had a midnight snack at their Food Court... Very accessible to their casino... I just got their Earl Grey tea (they serve Harney and Sons) and tried their Cinnamon Sugar cookies... My dad got the brewed coffee and chocolate cherry cake... My uncles got the coffee as well...

The pastries, we all agreed, were dry. Their coffee was strong, woke up those who were about to drive... Prices weren't too bad btw... 128522
