Sumigaw ng "Darna" Pag- oorder na!

Hubby and I went to Pedro N'Coi Promenade Greenhills branch last Dec27 for our 17th wedding anniversary lunch celebration.

This is my second time at Pedro N Coi but my first visit is at Fisher Mall and lucky to have some photos with the owners, Shamcey and Lloyd.

Decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary lunch here with hubby and kids as I want them to experience dining here. Nice concept resto and good food.

Just shout Darna if your ready to order and we laugh after that ,so coo! We ordered their Kariton set. At may kasama pang inumin, pili lang.

128204WALANG tulugang kape
128204Pi-Pinoys lemonada
128204Redford's tea

There were three kinds of Kariton set: Captain Barbel, That's Entertainment and Dyesebel. We choose That's Entertainment. (Combination of meat and seafood for 1,150 pesos. It's like a boodle feast that was put in a Kariton, nice food presentation ! Cool! Good for 4-6 persons.

Ihaw liempo, chix ahoy, scwid ward, longgadog, fried bangus belly, eggplant , bagoong, pickled ampalya, fried dilis, tomatoes , Kanin ni kumander bawang, sinigang Na soup at nilaga .

Super sulit! Tara Na at Mabusog ng Masaya Sa Pedro N Coi!

Punta Na Sa pinaka Malapit Na branch Nila : Fishermall, Greenhills, SM North Edsa , Sta. Lucia, SM Manila at Robinsons Galleria.

Abangan ang susunod na kabanata....

Kare-kare and crispy pata in one. Nostalgic music like mmbop and itaktak mo. 128514128514128514
It's good to try and experience, but food is not super great to be craved again. Sisig is not crispy (my preference) and food is a bit expensive.

But creativity is top notch. Enjoyed the dining experience.

Long weekend will be more exciting if you spend the first hours dine out with the ones closer to your heart. Since the night was young and the EDSA was horrible, I have decided that to entirely enjoy it with a dine in at Promenade Greenhills. It was not my first time to try Pedro 'n Coi, though the majority won. I did like their offer especially that from menu and the ambiance, you'll reminisce the items found in province. From the iconic bus inside, to plates, glasses etc., the items you've been part of your childhood. The menu was drawn like a comic sheet and the food titles were written witty ways. I would only suggest to try their Crispy Pata Kare Kare as it was served meant for sharing and the sauce was damnly made for perfection. The set up was quite cool knowing that others might not want to incorporate the veggie content to the whole dish. It was served in a huge tray separately with a star studded entrance of a crunchy and to die for Pata *drools. Pork Bingaoongan was disgustingly nice, the taste is not even salty and the pork used will leave a crunch to your mouth since it was actually Lechon Kawali with a twist. Lechon Kawali was quite famous on their dishes, it also was the content for their Sinigang na Baboy. Sizzling Sisig though iconic in a plate was cooked with somehow unique buttery flavor, it was also made crunchy. The price somehow solved the majority, Isang Kawaling Kanin was shared by six, unfortunately left half of it due to its huge servings. Thus, this weekend was quite started with such a full stomach. Definitely recommend this one!

Finally tried Pedro N' Coi in Promenade, Greenhills. A Filipino restaurant owned by the 2011 Ms. Universe – Philippines, Shamcey Supsup-Lee and her husband, Lloyd Lee.

I love the interiors and ambiance of the restaurant. It gives tribute to pinoy culture.

We ordered some of their best-sellers and must-try :
128522 kapag may tiyaga , may ..... (Nilagang Baka)
128523 Sizzling Sisig Awww! (Pork Sisig)
128523 Kangkong ni Kingkong (Ginisang Sitaw and Kangkong)
128522 Isang kawaling kanin (plain rice)
128513 Chix Ahoy! (buttered Chicken)
128513 Skwid Ward (Fried Pusit with Crispy Kangkong)

Though the menu is not unique coz it can be seen every day or in any other restaurant, but they taste good. For a first timer, i don't get disappointed. 128522

The place is quite small but the interiors are very gimmicky and very Filipino. They have really good kare kare (in photo) and separating the sauce makes great presentation.

We also ordered tuna belly (in some gravy) which we enjoyed as well.

Servers are extremely friendly and attentive!

Filipino Food for the night :) my brother recommended this restaurant right after the night he ate here, so we went for it :) I was irritated at him for leaving us in the restaurant because we really don't have any idea on what to eat there. The only problem here is the menu has very small fonts that makes it hard for an elderly to read the food, good thing i'm not one :) i took a time reading the food list and everything was named differently than your normal filipino food. (took time to laugh about it) what i first picked was "May Asim Ka Pa", best sinigang i have ever tasted (believe me i've been through a lot of filipino resto) good thing about it, is that you can ask the servers to adjust the spiciness and sourness of the sinigang, what really upsets me is the bowl used to serve the sinigang is lacking of soup, so you really need to order an extra one, they charge you P30 for soup (i guess its reasonable). The next outstanding dish was the "bistek", the beef ia tender enough and the fried onion rings really suits the tenderness of the meat, "garlic rice" is good too, cooked in java i think cause the rice is orange :) we got "kangkong ni kingkong" but i'm not satisfied with it, same goes with the "steamed-grilled tilapia". What i can never forget about this place is the small kaldero they serve together with the sinigang, tocino ensalada? i'm really not sure but its made up of itlog maalat, kamatis, sibuyas and tocino :) pangtanggal umay daw but really its one of the best dish i tasted for the night :) overall this restaurant will probably hit especially with a very cute and lovely place 128077🏻 PS: will be coming here soon again 128525

Our fave hangout place at Greenhills Chicken and Beer closed down and it's been replaced by this super adorable very Pinoy themed, Pedro N' Coi. It's the restaurant that Shamcey and Lloyd Lee own and it's just the perfect place for us to catch up and enjoy good food. They offer Filipino food with cute names. We ordered their Sizzling Sisig Awww! Which will be served to you by the waiter shouting the sisig name with the other waiters shouting AAAAWWWW! I suggest you try that when you go here. And then we had their appetizer, kwek kwek, chicken skin, kikiam and fishballs, grilled chicken, Isang kawali ng kanin ni Kumander bawang, and shrimp gambas? With longganissa. For drinks I ordered the sago't gulaman for 95php which is served in a cute pitcher.

For the place, you'll definitely spend some time taking pictures because it's just too cute. They definitely went big with their filipino fiesta/sari-sari store theme interiors. The seats resemble jeepney/bus seats, there are other seats which resemble your typical province like dining area.

Their food is reasonable considering the serving. The food ranges from 140 and up. However, if you just want to talk and chill, this might not be the place for you since the tables are quite close to one another, the place can get a little noisy.

I'd really love to go back here!

I was a bit disappointed, maybe beacause I expected a lot. Sorry to say but their food is really not that delicious. 9757🏻 This is their Joey de Lechon. Not crispy. Huhubells! The serving is also too small for the price. We also tried their sinigang and calamares with kangkong. Ohhhmyy. I only appreciated their service and the place!
