This is the favorite spot of my husband and I after our spa. We have visited this place a lot of times. But I guess they already moved to their new location beside the gasoline station still near from their old location.
We always order our favorite beef chelo kebab with basmati rice. My husband ordered some extra keema and ox brain for him and my son. I love their white sauce always a good combination for their hot sauce. Just by writing here makes me crave.
Anyway, I always paired it with pineapple yoghurt which that time was a bit sweet. Maybe they have put a lot of sugar on it. Yikes! But still, we will always come back here in our once a month after spa date with my hubby. 128522

One Tuesday night after work, since I can't hail a cab or ride a jeepney home because they were all occupied or full that time, I decided to walk from Kamuning to E. Rodriguez hoping to be able to get a ride from that bigger road...128694🏻128694🏻

Just near the intersection of Tomas Morato and E. Rodriguez is this simple red (or orange) themed Persian restaurant. They were formerly at the literal intersection before, but now transferred to a few (perhaps 20) steps from there, beside a gas station along Morato. They were previously named 'World Class Persian Cuisine' as in the name here in | still shows, but is now 'Persian King Kabab'. Basically the same food items in their menu, according to the server I interrogated. 128517

Since I was quite hungry, a shawarma won't hurt after a good and long day at work right? I went in, browsed their menu, ordered a beef shawarma with cheese, and also a strip of their bestseller - beef kabab. Well obviously, all middle eastern restaurants vie for the best kabab. They all boast of this just like Italians do with pizza or pasta, Chinese with dimsum (or yang chow fried rice? 128514128514), Japanese with sushi or teppanyakis, Korean with bibimbap or samgyeopsal and other grill food, and etc etc. made me think what in our cuisine would it be? adobo? sinigang? hmmm 🤔🤔

Going back... Side tracked quite far there. Haha! Sooo, both items I ordered were served at the same time, just how I asked them to.

The beef kabab was really tasty. They used actual beef chunks unlike the Shawarma Snack Center's ground beef in Malate, though the latter was more tasty in terms of the spices i felt playing in my mouth. This kabab was good enough for me. i'd order their best seller Chello Kabab next time.127842128115🏾 I can give the beef kabab 411088️s.

The shawarma I can give 311088️s. Why? I thought the proportion of veggies to meat was not so good. It was like 2/3 veggies - sliced cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, and 1/3 beef meat. I should say that their meat was really tender and yummy! Not too spicy but good enough for me to appreciate. imo, not the anghit levels according to Jairus d128540 that 2/3 veggie i mentioned did not mean the meat they placed was not enough! The veggies were just that many! 128514 another thing with their shawarma is it's dry... I did not feel their sauce and i just kept on adding their garlic sauce which was too watery compared to the others i've tried before. Last, I think I'd like it better if they served the shawarma warm. Only the meat i liked in their shawarma.

Food all in all was good for the very cheap price. Both orders all cost me 160 bucks only. - 80php each for the kabab and shawarma. 128077🏻

Don't expect an AC-equipped chilly restaurant because they're open air. I'd say quite typical looking as other middle eastern restaurants I've been to or just peeked through. 128517 No expectations in terms of service. The servers were seated in one of the tables, one eating his dinner. 🙃🙂🙃🙂 wuw ha. 128514

Giving them a generous 411088️ for the good kabab and the shawarma meat! If you're into cheap good tasting Persian food, you may try Persian Kabab King! 128516

I am such a fan of Persian cuisine, and for me, it is best eaten when midnight! I don't know. If I'm up at midnight or after having some bottles with friends, or, yeah, if I'm drunk, I crave or Persian cuisine I don't know why.

Which brings me to my next review after a series of reviews about the Makati clubs - World Class Persian Kebab.

I have already eaten hee a dozen times and it never has disappointed me yet. Simply made Persian recipes that you could not resist, my favorites are their Beef Chelo Kebab, Beef Shawarma, Ox Brain and their version of Keema! Unlike Mister Kebab's version of keema, Persian Kebab's has a drier take on the recipe. But I'm betting on the latter's more.

Downside is, their place is dirty. Especially if you stay outside, tables and chairs are all dusty because of all the vehicles passing by E.Rod. I hope the staff be very prompt in cleaning the place always.

Place may not look as appealing from the outside but what the heck it's the food were after anyways 128513128513 they serves good and very affordable Persian food!

Had the Chelo Kabab, huge serving of basmati rice and beef tenderloin and is enough even for extra rice.. grilled tomatoes and onions. Love the grilled tomatoes and the flavorful yogurt garlic sauce 128077128076

The ripe mango juice is ok.

Their interiors may not look as classy, but I guarantee that their food upstages their lack in this area.

Similar to the famous Mister Kabab, but their place is quiet & airconditioned, and the prices are a little more affordable. Huge serving, too. In comparison to other Persian restaurants, they serve tastier food. I tried their shawarma with their long grain basmati rice and for a serving that big, my P100+ is worth it!

Been wanting to visit this joint for the longest time and last night I was able to. Good thing I did because the food was great. Loved the beef chelo and mango yogurt drink. I ate a bit because of my toothache but I'll surely pig-out next time... And maybe try the shisha too! 128522

Broken place. Not well maintained. But made it up for the value for money cielo kebab. Just the basics. No fancy secret ingredients. It was okay for a change from my usual meal of saw dust and paper ergo - tastless low calorie diet food.

PS. Hated the yogurt shake. It felt like a blast of sugar with thick condensed milk. The others were fine.

Place is not maintained when it comes to the ambience. They have shisha here as well. Location is not good but its accessible. Not good because when I ate there, a kid came over(with a companion) and asked for money. When I declined, he placed a colored chick in our table. I was so scared and I wanted to go home asap.

Food is affordable and good.
Budget- 100 to 250 per head

Had a hankering for some Persian and decided to forego the usual choices, Mr. Kabab and Uncle Moe's. Not the best idea I've had.

The food was... Okay at best. The chicken kebabs were flavorless and the beef wasn't too good. My beer tenderloin skewer was 1/4 litid too. Their yogurt sauce needed more flavor and the hot sauce wasn't even that hot. They both tasted watered-down for some reason.

Not much to say about the ambience. Michael learns to rock and salbakuta? Not the best mix. Also, the bathroom apparently didn't have a sink? (I can't confirm but I did peek and it wasn't very clean)

Won't be coming back anytime soon.

not the best of places in terms of ambience and service, but bear the inconvenience because the food will be worth it. has one of the best ox brain and beef kababs, and their yoghurt shakes are great as well.

their ox brain is well cooked, and always creamy in texture. it's not too dry, and not too oily either. their kababs are spiced just right and a long way from elongated burger patties which lesser persian places usually serve and claim "authentic". as for their yoghurt shakes go, it has that good amount of sour taste.

the best thing about these, their pricing is affordable! food quality is at par with a more expensive known persian chain but at half the price on most items. they're closer to low-quality "kabab" places in terms of cost (and ambience and service), but they have way better sauces/condiments and use real basmati rice.

Persian Kebab, now this place is great on food and price. As for the ambiance not so great that is why only rated them 4 stars but actually should of been 3 only.

Now so far I have tried their humus and its pretty good, I can eat just with rice and I'd be super satisfied (superfied). As for their shawarma not bad, I have had better but not bad for the size and price. And they have other great selections which I forgot their names
