Perfect for a rainy bed weather- This Phat Pho restaurant only seats a mximum of 25 people but the place is okay. If you are looking to get away from ramen, but still want soup, try their Pho. 127836The noodles are cooked just right and the serving of meat and vegetables is balanced. You get good/fresh tasting meat and veggies in every bite. The basic beef broth is good as is. But i had mine with Sriracha Chili sauce, brown sauce and pickled garlic
I also tried their Vietnamese coffee jelly ice cream. I liked it too. 127848

Can someone please please take me to Vietnam??? I have this dream of going to Vietnam for just one day. Just one day to taste all the yummy yummy food they have. From the spring rolls, pho, banh mi to the oh so good Vietnamese coffee. ALL!! I have only been to a very very few Vietnamese restaurants and haven't tasted a lot of their dishes yet but with those very few experiences I had, I already fell in love. Thinking about their food makes me kilig all the time. I can still remember the first time I ate at Banoi's and it was soooooooooooo good!! 128525128525

After buying something with Ony last friday night, since the group already started eating at Bondi, we decided to just eat here at Phat Pho. We have never eaten at any Vietnamese restaurant together so it's time we eat and try them together. Something light since we are still full from our own respective dinners. 128517

GOI CUON or the Rice Paper Rolls
- they have 3 options available - Marinated Tofu (PHP165), Slow Roasted Pork (PHP175) and Chilled Shrimp (PHP195). I wanted to try all but we can only order one. 128529 Good thing Ony asked and our nice server suggested that we can get one each. Yayyy!!!! 128513127881
- filled with vermicelli, woodear mushrooms, carrots, daikon, peanuts and fresh herbs. These fresh spring rolls are all goood and we both enjoyed eating this. All 3 options were equally good and very light, refreshing, and yummy!! Added sriracha for the spicy kick! 128077🏼

CHICKEN SATAY and PORK BELLY SATAY (3pcs - PHP130; 5 pcs - PHP215)
- both were good! Tender, very tasty and flavorful. In terms of the taste, I liked the pork more than the chicken but since there were more fats than pork, we both agreed that the chicken is better. 128517128518

Overall, we both enjoyed our Vietnamese dinner. Can't wait to try other Vietnamese restaurants in the future!!!! 1285131285259786

Boyfie and i were looking for a place to eat, we were about to go to our favorite restaurant but then we saw phat pho for the first time and decided to taste what they have to offer

We ordered some of their best sellers like fish head sauce chicken wings which were fried wings coated with their special fish sauce, and pho xao a stir fried noodles with well too-many-to-mention toppings, it was unique with a swee-salty taste to it and the sauce is incorporated well in the noodles you don't need any condiment to enhance the flavor, and along side we also ordered vegetarian salad for something hearty to go along with our savory dishes, over all it was great, another pigout date that's worth the phat 128055

Grilled Lemongrass Pork Noodle Bowl . Masarap. The lemongrass pork, sosyal way of labeling pork bbq hehe! Made the mistake of ordering the small bowl. Bitin. Order the large bowl or pair it with another dish (if you're getting just a small bowl).
I ended up getting grilled ensaymada w/ hot choco at Mary Grace pa after hehe! Sensya na, I have the appetite of a construction worker 128518128540.

I was on sick leave yesterday and dad suddenly asked me if I wanted to have lunch. I said yes, of course because I was already hungry and too lazy to prepare food at home. It was gloomy when we went out and I suddenly craved for soup. Due to limited options in Serendra Piazza, we ended up at Phat Pho again.

It's my first time to try their noodle soup. In my previous visits, I got to try their dry noodle bowl and banh mi. My parents often orders pho though. Trying to limit my meat intake, I ordered a small bowl of Pho Ga or the classic Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup. Orders arrived in less than ten minutes, still piping hot. It was topped with bean sprouts, coriander and basil. I didn't notice the shaved onions, I think I unintentionally ate some. UGHHH. It was served with Sriracha, lime, hoisin sauce and fish sauce, but my noodle soup was surprisingly tasty even without the condiments. It was served with generous portions of sliced chicken meat. My dad ordered a small bowl of Pho Bo-- noodles topped with shaved beef. He tried all the condiments and I think he liked the hoisin the most.

Service was fast. Food was served in 10 minutes. Their staff were all attentive and accommodating.

At least I finally found something here that I really like. 128588🏼

We had the Pho Ga, Special Pho, Spring Rolls (not wrapped in rice wrappers, i think they used wonton
Wrappers), five spice chicken
And pork noodle
Salads.
The restaurant was nice and clean, staff was very helpful and courteous. Food was very good.

I actually enjoyed the pho ga here. Its the chicken version of the beef pho. It's a pet peeve of mine when the broth of the soup is served cold. This place delivers. Nice and hot with steam rising from the bowl in yo face! The broth was tasty. I would of preferred a little more cilantro but it was fine. The only thing lacking was more rice noodles. The portion was a bit small. Will definitely be back. Great time of the year for hot soup. When its cold or when your feeling sick 128567128516

What the Pho?! We were not happy with our bowl of pho (fuh, like a short duh). I wasn't going to review this place but nahiya na ako sa 2 nag reco hehe.

I dunno. The broth was lacking in flavor for me. For almost 400 a bowl, I don't think it was worth it. My son ordered the Pho Special - Angus beef, braised beef, It was mostly soup and not much noodles and stuff on it. My son just absolutely loves Pho so when he says he's not happy with his order it concerns me. They don't have a refill option for a fraction of the price, which they do in that Pho place in Powerplant and even in the Mendokoro ramen shop. My son was so bitin he ordered 2 bowls. Not because he loved the Pho but because he was just really hungry. It tasted like i was better off eating nilaga with noodles.

I remember eating this for take out in my tita's place and liked it. Maybe they were just having a bad day when we came. Or maybe they were just preoccupied because the 4 cooks/servers in the restaurant were more fixated with taking photos with a 5th someone else in the kitchen. Really. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we came. It took 20 mins to get our first Pho and another 30 mins to get the pork dish we ordered. My son finished his Pho before the pork came. At least the 2nd order of Pho was served faster.

The pork and rolls were good. But not 5 star good. In general I felt it didn't live up to the standards of Hanoi. The interiors are nice and modern. I love the red chairs they use. Sadly our experience was not good this one visit and we've never returned. We always leave an extra tip despite the service charge imposed by restaurants. This time we left without giving any.

I wanted to give a 2 but I also want d to give credit to the recos. Plus I did like the pork. So sige na nga.

And my search for the best banh mi continues. Mom wanted Vietnamese food for lunch and she was the one who suggested that we eat here. This has been one of her go to places if she wants healthy, light food.

She got a small serving of Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Soup). The serving looked small and bitin. Or probably I'm just used to the big serving sizes in Ba Noi's or Pho Hoa. Tastewise, she said it was good.

I had their Saigon Baguette Banh Mi. I'm not sure if I'm happy with it or not. The filling was good. But what I didn't like was the baguette. It didn't taste legit. ☹️ It was tough to chew and not as airy as the ones served in Vietnam. I wish they can consider changing the bread. Actual serving also seemed smaller than the photo on their menu.

Service was fine. Servers were attentive and food was served quick. Love the blackboards on the wall where they write their menu and special offerings. 128522

I still haven't tasted any pho or fresh spring rolls as close to the authentic ones I've eaten. The best spring rolls I've had was the one in Bin Tahn market in Saigon, so far. And the best pho thus far was in a corner carinderia also in Saigon.

I've yet to try Bawai's and Zen (highly recommended) but this latest one was good enough for me.

I had Phat Pho's Classic Pho Bo and the prawn spring rolls.

The pho was clean and subtle and the base broth already has flavour and has good texture. Of course I had to add my preferred flavours which made my soup even better. The spring rolls weren't comparable still but I can say it's better than Pho Hoa's.

Price-wise, it's very friendly. You have 2 options for the soup, the small and the regular. I got the small because I'm forever on a diet. It's around Php180 I think. The spring rolls were also under 200.

The service was good, staff was friendly, and the place is simple but very neat. I liked it. 128077128522

It was our second time to eat here. It was one of the best Vietnamese I've tried so far. Tried the Chicken Satay which is my fave. The Special Pho was just right for my taste bud and not salty. Com Chien has lot of ingredients. Crispy Egg Rolls with peanut butter dip was good. The place is neat unlike other Vietnamese restos.

It's like I'm eating phò in the streets of Hanoi. The taste and smell was authentic. We ordered, the crispy egg rolls, phö bò vien, and fish sauce chicken wings. 128076

Not really crowded on a Tuesday night. Service was ok. Beef satay, fresh shrimp rice roll and meatball pho. Everything was satisfactory. I don't mind going back. No restroom in the place though.

Still on the search of noodle soup! Much lighter than ramen but still very tasty! Their Pho Special is great! I like how you can adjust the taste to your liking using Hoisin and Sriracha among others. A lot of greens veggies also. A healthier alternative. 128077

It is my second visit here and I really enjoy dining here. The place is small compared to the nearby restaurants but they are able to manage the crowd well. The prices are also reasonable :)

I ordered pork belly satay and it was tender and juicy :)

I just recently came back from a trip to Ho Chi Minh and was craving for Vietnamese cuisine. My 3 most favorite dishes that I had during my trip were the pork belly belly stew with egg (kinda like our adobo with a different taste profile), the fresh spring rolls and the banh mi.

In Phat Pho although fresh, the spring rolls lacked flavors which I can forgive as it really relies on the veggies and I don't think we produce good ones.

The pork belly stew was a miserable failure. Vietnamese food is subtle and this was totally not. I am 100% sure the cook / chef hasn't tasted an authentic Vietnamese dish. The pork stew is so easy to cook and it doesn't take a Michelin starred chef to make one.

The Banh Mi was the saving grace - well, a part of it at least. The baguette albeit small was crunchy and wasn't soggy. Everything else is downhill from there.

Ever since I came back from Canada, I would usually crave for Vietnamese dishes, pho, in particular, every now and then. I guess the pho I had in Thai Son (in Richmond, Canada) was so divine that I never seemed to forget its taste.

In Manila, there are only a few good Vietnamese restaurants so J would always have a hard time thinking where else to satisfy my Vietnamese cravings, somewhere we haven’t tried. Hence, he decided to bring me to P.H.A.T. Pho.

Aside from the well-know Cebu-originated restaurant, Casa Verde, P.H.A.T. Pho started in that province as well. Cebu is starting to become the Metro Manila in the Visayas region and while establishments from the Metro are slowly building up around the city, restaurants from Cebu are are slowly opening up here in the Metro.

As we entered the place, the first thing that caught my eye was its open kitchen. Well, this is the majority area of the restaurant already. The place is not that big but can still occupy a number of people. The restaurant revolved around a black and red motif, giving off an Asian-feel of the restaurant showing that you are in the right place.

Aside from the bar, they have an area with tables and chairs great for people coming in with a large group.

The menu is quite simple as there is only limited number of dishes to choose from so it was easy for us to order what we want. To our surprise, the dishes were already served just a few minutes after we ordered. We were amazed by the efficiency of the staff.

Gòi Cuón Chilled Shrimps (P195)
It comes with six rice paper hand rolls filled with vermicelli, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, daikon, peanuts and fresh herbs. Among the three choices, slow roasted pork, marinated tofu and chilled shrimp, we picked the latter. The appetizer was packed and the freshness of each ingredient could be savored in one bite. Of course, it is best dipped with either of the two sauces, peanut-based sauce and fish sauce, to give a more flavorful taste to this subtle appetizer.

Com Chien (P295)
J’s favorite. We were surprised by how big this dish was. A flavorful Vietnamese-style fried rice cooked with chicken and prawns that is good enough for two persons. Even if we didn’t order any viand, this was already appetizing enough that you won’t have to order any. J couldn’t get enough of it even though it was loaded with carbs!

Pho Bò (P370) – large
Finally, another soporific pho aside from Pho Hoa! :) P.H.A.T. Pho’s version of classic Vietnamese soup with shaved US Angus Beef truly sufficed my pho craving! Sure, it may not be as good as the pho I had in Canada but this tasted authentically good!

Looks like I found another restaurant that will definitely satisfy my Vietnamese cravings. Dishes are very affordable and service is really quick! A good place to have a date without breaking the bank ;)

Does the attached pic look like red, savory spicy bun bo hue? No way. It's like they use the pho broth, added some chili peppers and chili oil but not really bc it was barely spicy. The broth was no diff from the pho I had the night before. Was also disappointed with the smaller amount of veggies in the pho this time around. Sigh looks like I still have to make a trip to tagaytay for something hopefully more legit
