Dined in at around 9pm and it was exactly what we were craving for late at night.

Got the Pho Chin Nac which is beef brisket instead of my usual Chicken noodle soup. At first I thought there would be the sweet kind of beef sauce but it was a healthier one which I should expect from Vietnamese cuisine.

Beef was lean and thinly sliced, noodles were just right and serving size was good to fill my stomach! Busog sarap!

Grilled Pork, Veggie, and Fried Rolls Vermicelli was a bomb! Went here few months back with Clint to try their famous Vermicelli options, and boy! It didn't fail us. For a large – literally LARGE – order around ₱330, the price was worth it. It wasn't my first time to visit Pho Hoa so I was really aware of their food selection. Good to know Clint also liked the Vermicelli, especially the sweet sauce for the Vermicelli. I like how the sweet, savoury taste blended well on the veggies, like how a dressing goes well in a salad. We'll surely come back here and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try authentic Vietnamese food!

It was either their vermicelli bowl or this. But I wanted rice, grilled chicken and their fried spring rolls. So yeah, this won. 128517

Lunch on a Friday tends to be a bit difficult as restaurants and fast food are usually packed. We
were suppose to dine in at one of our go to resto unfortunately the place was and we were probably around 3rd/4th in the queue.

So we tried to search and decided to go to Phò Hoa, and I'm glad we did! 128513

I 128156 this restaurant as I always feel that I am eating healthy food, from their starters, rice dishes, noodle soups, and a whole lot more! 128521 As I was contemplating on what to eat, I finally decided as I was pressured because my friend had ordered already and I am still joggling in my mind as to I want to eat.

Service was good128077🏻128077🏻, surprisingly! We were second in the queue, as the first in line was a group of 6, one of the servers assisted us and figure out a way to seat us as were are only 2! My friend got the grilled chicken with fried spring roll rice whilst I got the

127860 Vermicelli Bowl with Grilled Chicken, Veggies, and Spring Roll. Their vermicelli bowl is so 128523 not to mention feeling less guilty as what I am eating is something healthy (except for the "fried" spring roll 128521). Just looking at the picture, colors of the veggies were vibrant and appetizing to look at. The vermicelli was cooked perfectly and the veggies along side were crisp and fresh. The grilled chicken meat way delish as it was tasty, tender, and moist. The fried spring roll was yummy as I saved (last piece) the best for last! 128513 It was crisp and packed with so much flavor and considering it's fried you can't find any hint of oiliness in the food as compared to other fried dishes. The "dressing" which goes with it is sort of a sweet with a mild tangy flavor. It goes well with the vermicelli and veggies and a nice dipping sauce by the way for the fried spring roll! 128522

Overall, both me and my friend left the resto with a happy tummy 128522. For this visit, it's a solid 11088110881108811088️ for me!

As a final 128221, i would suggest not to pour in all the "dressing/sauce" immediately and try to pour it gradually according to your taste. The small bowl is enough for one hungry tummy as it is very filling! Now if you and your friends wants to have food for sharing, this can sort of be like your salad or side dish along side with any rice dish or starters!

I am a very satisfied piggy whenever I dine here! It gives my tummy a different satisfaction - full, but not too full, not bloated kind of satisfaction.

‼️‼️ Com Ga nuong Cha Gio/Grilled Chicken and Fried Spring Roll with Rice (P295) - My all-time favorite from this place. I love their grilled chicken so much because it is very tender, flavourful and comes with this sweet vinegar that makes the experience all so perfect. I also love the fried rice that comes with it because it goes well with the fried spring roll and chicken. I add Sriracha for an added flavour and kick, besides eating spicy food makes you even more ganado. :p

‼️‼️ Goi Cuon/ Fresh Vegetarian Spring Roll (P140) - Healthy and delicious!!! I can finish this by myself. It's actually already very filling!!! I suggest you order this when you have someone to share it with, else you'd get too full and stuffed.

Legend:
‼️‼️ Must try

Still feeling sick last week and the stormy weather wasn't helping at all. Kirby G wants to eat ramen. Ramen sounds like a good idea but I can't eat that now, and pho is the best alternative Julie J could think of. Okay, G! Oh, the things we do just to find a way to eat lunch together. #clingy LOL

It was raining hard when I went out of the office. I was actually thinking if I should just back out but then I said yes to them already. 128517

I had too much meat the previous week so I’m trying to stick to a healthier diet last week. I chose the Vegetarian Noodle Soup. Noodles with young corn, red and green bell peppers, tofu, cabbage, button mushrooms and I don't know what those meatball-like slices were. The soup was okay, kinda bland. I’m not sure if it's really like that or my tastebuds were not cooperating because I have colds. I was expecting the same flat noodles they use for pho but they served it using thin noodles that tasted old. Yung parang naka-stock na ng matagal yung uncooked noodles. 128529

Had lunch with Julie J yesterday because the weather called for it. The warmth of this meatball pho beckoned, but i was also in the mood for something i could bite into. So i ordered the banh mi. Although it's not recommended by Carla M, i still wanted to give it a try. It was OK, although it took a while to serve.

Julie liked her seafood pho but passed all the shrimp to me. It was OK also. I'm assuming this place is packed again today because of the rainy weather. I wish they could improve on cleaning their interiors. They always have a newbie waiter that's courteous but i don't see them last long. The manager has this look of boredom on her face everytime she gets flagged down. Oh well.

Last night's dinner and today's lunch have been spent here. Well, last night not in this branch. Before you say that i must like this joint, two different people have been making the decisions on where to eat and i've been going along. I've been eyeing the beef brisket last night so today i ordered it.

The rice could be improved by the flavor of the brisket and tenderness was OK. Twas a good way to satisfy a craving. My colleague ordered the fried spring rolls and made me try a piece. I still prefer the fresh ones. The place is getting full so we'll leave in a bit.

P. S. Try their lemonade it's refreshing!

Their vietnamese pho are really good. I dont usually eat phos as much as i eat ramen but there are times when i just passed by vietnamese resto and suddenly im craving for their phos.
Vietnamese noodles soup has a distinct smell and taste, its very fresh and you can add sprouts, basil and lemon to your liking.
I suggest try adding a small portion of their sweet *black sauce and spicy sauce.

I've recently got acquainted with Vietnamese Cuisine.  Yes,  i watch too much TLC.  Bourdain got me hooked on cooking/travel shows.

The only Vietnamese restaurant i visited is Pho Bac.  I always order the same item on their menu - fried spring rolls and the chicken thingy meal they have.

Can i just say that the vinegar thingy dip they have is awesome.   Not even sure if it's made of vinegar,  this may sound odd but i use the dip as a soup substitute.  I like to drizzle my rice with it,  we all have our own oddities.

The spring rolls never gets old,  crunchy,  fresh and extremely addicting.  You gotta hand it to the Vietnamese for using vermicelli  noodles in an innovative way.  I never had an awful dining experience here,  the food is always satisfying.

Random lunch with Chichi T and Dastine S yesterday. 128556

Cheech wasn't feeling well and requested for soup so I suggested she can have pho here. She ordered a small bowl of pho with flank, tendon, meatballs and brisket as suggested by their wait staff while Dasters had the Beef Stew Pho. I wanted to try their banh mi because I was badly craving for one, and the weather was just too hot for soup. 128517

Their grilled pork banh mi is filled with marinated pork, pickled veggies, lettuce, chili and mayonnaise. I was kinda disappointed that they use ordinary baguette for their sandwiches. My expectations were higher considering that this is a Vietnamese restaurant. The pork strips were pretty good but again, bitin. 128528 I loved the camote fries that came with my sandwich (right, Chi? 128540).

Vietnamese spring rolls are a must in this joint. That's why Carla M ordered! Whereas I seem to want to try everything else on the menu. This time I tried a rice plate named Com Bo Xao. These are tenderloin beef tips resting on a bed of rice spread on a hot plate. For P335, the dish can be shared by two persons. Too bad, Carls didn't want to share. It also came with a small Vietnamese salad filled with carrots and soup bean sprouts. They lost me at carrots.

After all the laughs and trying to abstain from coffee, we still ended up ordering the Vietnamese coffee. It was strong and great but they put too much condensed milk. Oh well, papel. We were also in a rush to drink it since our lunch breaks were close to being over. Took them a while to serve the coffee :(

#NBerrday with Yina M. We're clingy like that. 128513

Spring rolls were pretty good, but Ba Noi's still tops my list. Pho Hoa's version had lesser meat and barely noticeable bits of shrimp. I love their peanut sauce though because of the crushed peanuts on top. I ate the sauce even after I finished my spring rolls. Yina's spicy beef rice plate would've been better if it was spicier and if the beef was tender.

Capped off our meal with a cup of hot Vietnamese coffee. We were to weak to resist the temptation. 128517 I found it too sweet but I dunno if it was because I didn't add more water or they put too much condensed milk. And it took them forever to serve our coffee. We had to follow up twice before they served it. 128527

I wanted to have a healthy meal today so since I was in Greenbelt, I decided to have lunch at Pho Hoa. Let's face it. Vietnamese food is all about heathy living especially with their pho. I ordered their Pho Nam, Chin, Gan, Bo Vien which, I think, is vietnamese for Noodle Soup with Beef Flank, Beef Brisket, Beef Tendon and Meatballs.

My hot noodle soup was served with bean sprouts, fresh basil leaves, chilis, and lemon on the side. The beef were thinly sliced and every bit was full of flavor. One of my favorites are their meatballs which has mushrooms in it. Oh, let's not forget the Sriracha and Hoisin sauce that goes very well with this amazing meal. Making a review about it makes me crave for it again.

I was able to sit and finish my meal within 30 minutes. Service was that fast or maybe I was just really into finishing the delicious meal? 128517

For the price of P270, it's a very good deal. Will always come back for some more.

Monday bombarded us with work so my co-workers decided to eat out. We all chose soup for different reasons. I had a cold, my co-worker felt like Vietnamese food and my colleague just wanted to de-stress.

I like that pho hoa has a lot of choices and it was a first for me to try their balls soup. I don't know why I never did when all I want are the balls anyway. The broth is clear and decent, I can see why the beef has more kick indeed. This is also slightly cheaper than the beef pho so this is a win in my book. What book? I also had some Vietnamese coffee. Probably incomparable to the coffee Carla M had during her travels. I still look forward to eating here.
